*Edited: Owner explained the situation as you see in his response and I will probably come back. I’m still not a huge fan of Italian olive oils but as that’s a personal preference and I could not fault the quality I upgraded to five stars. The balsamic really is worth the trip.*Original Review: Cool little oil place. They only offer Italian oils (which I felt were okay) but they have a great balsamic which is worth the trip. The lady working there didn’t seem to eager to be working when we arrived. We bought a few things.

When I need the perfect company salad I head to the Oilery for great dressing ideas. The aged white balsamic vinegar that I scored upgraded my standard pear dressing to perfection. I also upgraded my canned tomatoes for my vegetarian chili to their Flora brand, imported from Italy. It has a fresher tomato taste and is very reasonably priced. Count on low pressure expert guidance when you shop here!

I wanted some quality pasta to make a NYE dinner, and was very happy with my experience here. The woman who helped with the transaction while we waited outside (Covid rules) was so sweet! She asked what I was making and included some cookies for us. Definitely will be returning!

What a disappointment! Stopped in the fish creek location and it is closed. Drove to the east side GB location to see a large lit up “open” sign. But yet when you go to get in it says “closed”. Figure out which is which. Now that you are calling me a liar, I’m going to walk away now. I can see you will always be right, and blaming the pandemic means nothing is ever your fault.

This is the BEST little gourmet shop! Not only are all of the oils amazing, the vinegars are equally delicious as well as the spreads, herbs, and dips!! Great place to get gifts and ingredients to impress at parties. The owners are amazing and put together a fabulous tasting event for a group of women that we still talk about! Im so glad this place exists and will continue to recommend it to all my foodie friends :)

If you like high quality olive oil and great customer service this is the place for you!! And may i recommend the sun dried tomatoe oil for grilled salmon and pan fryed shrimp:)

High quality products, love the selection of flavored oils, check out their other cooking supplies too, always something interesting.

Very irritated. Google said open 11-4. Drove all the way across town to find a sign on the door not open to public shopping, order online for curbside pick up.

This is for the serious food people only.Great selection of different types or flavors of Pics oil and vinegar. But not many other items.Items are costly when compared to the generic product at your local grocer, but fairly priced for a specialty product.

I had a lovely time stocking up on vinegars and oils yesterday. The help was friendly and prompt and I have always appreciated the opportunity to reuse bottles.

Have discover olive oil through The Oilerie and will not go anywhere else. I love the experience.
