Great store and products. The staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever we have been there. I have tried similar products from other companies, but go back to the Terry Naturally brand for their effectiveness.For the people that complain about masks, you should pay more attention to the science. You will find out they are not as effective that everyone thinks they are, and also pose a heath risk for those that dont wear them properly or clean them as recommended. Wear the mask if you want, it is your CHOICE.By the way, while you are in the store, check out the natural immune defense products. You probably wont get sick if you take care of yourself.

Debra and staff are very knowledgeable and always there to help. I appreciate that I can shop there without being harassed about medically not being able to wear a mask. They welcome anyone, they do not judge, there was a customer in with a mask while I was there and she received the same great service. You fear COVID wear a mask. Your mask protects you. Doesn’t matter if others aren’t wearing them do what’s best for you. Thank you Terry and Debra for your wealth of knowledge and years of education and sharing it with the community.

I had to write this review because of all the negative ones on masks. Sorry that you people run around with fear of this virus, but I dont know anyone personally who has died from it. I had it myself and recovered just fine. Being a health food store, maybe she knows something you dont. They have my business and I have been a customer for a few years now and believe they do have very good knowledge of their products. Maybe you people should learn to converse with the staff there because, Ive always found them to be polite. People do have bad days occaissonally.

Rude and condescending staff, that offers uneducated service. Does absolutely nothing to follow any CDC guidelines and none of the staff were wearing masks. Id assume a health and wellness store would make SOME attempt to protect their customers, considering many come seeking treatments and products for conditions and may be at a greater risk of severe complications of COVID (myself included). Plus almost all of their products can be found on amazon for a lot cheaper. Very bad vibes in this store and Id much rather safely shop in better environments... its better for our health that way. :)

Pulled into a parking spot in front of the store and noticed through the window that employees were not wearing masks. Did not go inside. They lost my business as I prefer to shop at places that care about their customers and follow CDC guidelines.

If you tried them in the past, please try them AGAIN. Their customer service is WONDERFUL and EXCELLENT!! The sales staff is extremely knowledgeable. No, I dont work there. No, Im not Debras (the owner) sister or relative. Yes, Debra can appear a little short, but as another reviewer pointed out, I am sure Debra has good intentions. Think of it this way: she is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge, and perhaps she is answering in a quick manner because many ideas are coming to mind, and she doesnt want to lose them. She has to quickly sort through her database in her mind to get the customer the best information. She has many good ideas!! She has told me exactly what she thinks my son should eat (he has Lymes Disease and food sensitivities). Sometimes I take her advice, sometimes I dont, but she is too valuable a resource to not have available. She lives for vitamins & healthy living & has done lots of research. Your life can be improved by her free, knowledgeable advice!

I was appalled with the way the owner spoke to me. And on a few different occasions. I could not believe how rude and condescending she was. Debra, learn how to appropriately speak to people!! I was not shocked to see that so many other people had the same experience with her. What kind of business owner behaves this way? Disgusting. I will never shop there again.

First time there, very rude. Told us to Google a product. Rushed interaction to return to other store related tasks. Felt like a burden. Won’t be back.

Not your average health food store. Smells great, friendly staff, isles are easy to navigate, dogs are allowed!

Misled on use of essential oils. Then could not return. They had a sign could not return it. No understanding at all. I just left the product at store great customer service......

Terry Naturallys is great. Among my favorite stores. Fresh produce on Wednesday, and good products all around. You can get interesting health advice from Terry, the owner, as sometimes he does lectures. Turned me on to the value of iodine, of which they have a high quality supplement.

I have been to this store several times and every time I have poor service and find the prices to be a lot higher than other stores in the Green Bay area. I dont mind paying more for a product if the service is great. The owner is there every time I have been in the store and she offers no help and when asked questions she comes across short and rude. However, her ability to point where to go in the store seems to be impressive. I would suggest going to B-Alive or Streus Bay Natural. I am very impressed with both of those places so far.

Sadly, my review mirrors that of the others...the customer service is terrible and it stems from Debra. Brash and rude would be the first two words that come to mind when describing her. Wealth of knowledge or not, I dont have the time or desire to deal with her negative energy. The products are great so if you like them as I do, stick with online ordering.

Unless you need your product right now, do yourself a favor and order it online. The exact same products are offered through online and you can save a significant amount of money going that route. The store will not match Amazon prices on the Terry Naturally branded items and in fact, the store clerk went so far as to argue with me and try to convince me that their products are not offered through Amazon. I was looking at extra strength curamin, 120 count; in the store I would have had to spend over $80 while Amazon would get it to me for $65 with free shipping. You do the math...

Doesnt wear a face mask. Obviously doesnt want to protect customers. She herself could be an.asymptomatic carrier. Doesnt deserve the business.

I went into the store needing several items. Debra told me she would help me as soon as she checked out someone else. I waited expecting her to come. When she didnt, I went back to the counter & she was back there talking & laughing with another employee. Finally a young man came & asked me if I was being helped. Loudly, I said Debra mustve forgotten me but she never turned around. I decided not to even make a purchase because of her attitude. At the door, she looked right at me & there was no recognition that she had been so rude to me. If her memory is that poor, she should take some vitamens!!!

I just had my second, and last, bad experience with Debra, the owner of Terry Naturally. I will never set foot in that store again. She is rude rude rude. My first experience with her was so awful that it took me years to go back, and when I did, she was even worse. Shes told me Id have a better shopping experience without my children and shes yelled at me in front of other customers. I cant say that being attacked while trying to shop for whole, natural foods for my family is on my to-do list to Ill stick with at B Alive and Bay Natural Foods, where Ive always been treated VERY well!

The owner is wonderful and it seems shes tried every product in the store - she can tell you more about any item you have questions on.

I am done with this store. The prices are ridiculous and then they turn around and sell the same exact product on Amazon for significantly less. Way to screw over your community that is trying to support local businesses. Ive also had poor attitudes from the employees nearly every time Ive been there. I will no longer be shopping here or purchasing their products and will happily spend my money elsewhere.

After several years I decided to give Terry Naturally another visit...what a mistake! I left feeling insulted and upset.Unbelievable that a business owner would deal with her customers in such a way...apathetic, condescending, disengenuous, unpleasant and rude! (I must add unprofessional...a ratty tie-died t shirt was a sight)She told me that the antibiotics that I was on for 35 days probably didnt do anything for my Lymes disease. Antibiotics really dont do anything. When asked to help me because I was thinking about trying Curamin for pain...she wouldnt even come out from behind the counter and went on to tell me when I asked how quickly it would work I cant tell you that! It didnt do a thing for me when I had my knee scoped! I could go on...and on; and I was only in the store for about 4 minutes. Never again!!.Please do yourself a favor and do the same; you(we) deserve better.

I am so grateful for Terry Naturally. I know I could get items for less on amazon. BUT, I would miss the great helpful service and vast knowledge that each employee has been able to share with me. Their prices may be a bit higher, but there combinations are high quality. The Quercetin combined with BosMed has nearly conquered my asthmatic/allergy issues. I have had a tooth problem go away due to CuraMed, my husband swears by their hyaluronic acid 120 complex for his joints. Please consider that shopping local benefits the community, and that the reason their prices are slightly higher is that they need to cover the costs of owning a store, which by the way is very conveniently located. I highly recommend Terry Naturally, as well as their products.

Terry Naturally for feet and nerve pain was a life saver after a concussion followed by shingles. I highly recommend the product.

Owner, Debra, was very unfriendly and rude. Will take my business elsewhere. Prices higher than most as well.

I will never go there again. I swore a few years ago I was done with that rude, arrogant woman, Debra, but had always liked their products. If anything, shes worse. I sure miss Terry!

Rude customer service over the phone, didnt even want to listen, and questioned my Drs testing results!
