I took my husband to Modern Hearing, expecting to buy new hearing aids, since his were not working at all, and we could not access the place where we purchased them to have them repaired or replaced. Since my husband is suffering from dementia and is totally deaf without aids, it is important for him to be able to hear what caregivers are telling him as well as being able to communicate with others. The owner of Modern Hearing gave him a full hearing test, recorded the results and put them on file. I had taken the old hearing aids with me to show him what we were replacing. Instead of immediately informing us of what he had available for sale,he took the time to examine the old hearing aids. He was able to repair them, adjust them, put them in my husbands ears, and found that they were working. He could have just sold us some new hearing aids without going to all the time and effort of adjusting and repairing the old ones. I was amazed! I would highly recommend Modern Hearing to anyone who needs the services of a hearing specialist!

Staff at Modern Hearing was courteous and friendly. All our questions were answered very well. Even though I had not bought my hearing aids from them originally they got me parts during the covid shut down. The company my devices came from said they would call me back last March they did not. When I called the other guys back in April the recording said if I had left a message dont leave another message. I called Modern Hearing during the shut down and they got me the parts quickly. I am definitely sold on Modern Hearing.

Chad was amazing at finding the correct hearing aids for me. The improvement over the last 4-5 years in technology made this a no-brainer for me. Chad took the time to explain the differences in models and showed me how to use them. The bluetooth capability and the lithium ion batteries are huge for me as I am always on the go.........Jogging.....no problem......Definitely a life changer.....I dont have to say what....huh .....anymore. Received my hearing aids today. They are great.The staff here is excellent and they dont rush you.Some places I have been want your money but dont wantto take the time to teach you how to use them and explain whatto expect.

Service was outstanding! Chad will work carefully to explain everything until you understand exactly about your hearing loss as well as your hearing aids.
