It has been a while since I have been here. Last time they had a lunch special with a chili cheese dog (5), chips of your choice, a drink, and a sundae. Today they have no specials. A $3.00 chili cheese dog. Just over $5.00 for a combo that includes a 1.5 oz of regular chips, and a small soft drink. This is definitely a money maker since we all know how cheap these dogs are.

$18 for a hot dog, grilled chicken, 2 sodas, a small blizzard and 2 bags of chips. I could have went to Burger King and got 3 combos for a few bucks more. If I wanted chips and grilled chicken and a microwaved hot dog I would have ate at home! I understand this isn’t the DQ grill it’s mainly ice cream but I have went to this location in the past and they did have fries and burgers. Blizzard was not flipped upside down at the window. Was not given a receipt with my order just a pay receipt and I had to ask for it. I wanted the store receipt so I could call and talk to the manager about this but after reading the other reviews there’s no point because apparently there is not a manager in the store. The drive thru in this location is terrible I’ve seen traffic going in here backed up into Main Street. Go somewhere else this location is not it! I would rather get hot food at Kwik trip than here.

Have never had a problem with the staff at this store... They are always friendly and helpful.... Service is fast. Wish they would keep larger cakes on hand more often.

So other then the parking lot and drive thru being hard to maneuver (not their fault...just a small plot for a store) the customer service was terrible. no greeting, no please and thank you...I get were in a tough time...but the overall attitude seemed very dismissive and negative. The next problem was the food. My husband ordered a med cone. Not hard to mess up, but it was HUGE. I know some people wouldnt mind this but it was bigger then a large used to be. Then mine...I ordered a med snickers blizzard, no chocolate sauce. There was barely any ice cream, TONS of snickers (were talking like 2 candy bars worth) and it wasnt really blended. I ended up having to throw it away. The ice cream tasted like...the machine was dirty as well. I dont know what happened...DQ used to be a great place, I even worked there for awhile...and now, its just not worth it. Very disappointed.

Mint shake looked nothing like the advertising and barely a hint of mint. Makes me think I recieved the wrong item. Oh well their lose.

Drive through is very hard to access and maneuver through. Food typical ice cream treat, good but not out of this world. Prices for some things are right where one would expect, other things a bit pricey.

Get the drumstick blizzard. Tis yummy!

Small sitting area if you want to be inside dining, but otherwise your normal experience at dq.

This place is terrible. All the way from the drive thru situation down to the food. First off when we were in the drive through the lady couldn’t hear us and kept messing up our order. When we got our food it had a hair in it and appeared undercooked. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Even though they were so busy they fixed a mistake they made extremely fast, even being super kind about everything. The Blizzards we got were filled correctly so I didnt feel ripped off. Im very happy, thank you.

Good but very expensive

Tonight was the worst experience ever at this Dairy queen. Took 45mins to even get my order. My order wasnt that hard all I wanted was 4 chili dogs two small blizzards and two drinks. When I got my Oreo cheesecake blizzard it was wrong should of been chocolate ice cream nope wasnt. I asked over and over please add Reese never did. Chili dogs had more cheese then chili on them. It was like they didnt know what they were doing. They werent that busy. Im highly disappointed we would always walk to this DQ because it was right down the street from our house but now I dont know if I ever want to go back. I think the employees need more training or you need to find knew people to work that know what they are doing.

Usually when I go during the evening it’s pretty good, but I went earlier in the day and they made 3 of my shakes wrong. One of the shakes was completely watered down and the other one was the completely wrong thing than what I had ordered.

Not a good place. Seems to be run by kids. We ordered 2 slushies. When we got to the window they tried to hand us a bag or dilly bars. Long story short check your orders and receipts.

My blizzards sucked all melted and no covers for them. Worst place I ever went to

Ive walked in for the afternoon happy hour a couple times. The Oreo frappe is yummy! Service isnt super because of many new employees, but manager has put up signs to set expectations, which I appreciate.

Not even part of the list from the kids fundraiser coupons. I enjoy icecream but after today will not shop at this location again. Ill stick to the one on the west side only i brought the football fundraiser from my buddies kid from East high football

They have good ice cream cones and cakes. The $5.00 meals too are good. Im glad to see the DQs that close in the winter are open now.

The last 3 times I came here, they got my order wrong. Its really starting to make me want to go elsewhere because Ive worked with ice cream and its not that hard.

Very clean place. they always mix the icecream and toppings all the way to the bottom, they do a good job making sure everything is full and hot or very cold what ever it needs to be. Im always satisfied there.

The snicker doodle cookie dough Blizzard is amazing! They could go a little easier on the cookie dough though.

The team members were very nice and for how busy it was they were all working together to make sure people were able to get in and out as fast as possible. The only thing they need to work on is cleanliness of the small dinning area, the floor was sticky and some of the tables were not clean as well.

I brought a 10 dollers gift card for someone for Christmas and mail out of town the person gave it to said that did not work so I called the main street dairy queen where I bought it some teenager boy anwer was very rude I asked I could please speak to a manger said no we dont have mangers in this store hung on me so I called back again asked for a manger hung up on me again so I wont go back to diary queen on main green bay Wisconsin bad customers service

The only reason this got 2 stars instead of 1 is because I love Dairy Queen itself. This specific one has rude teens that act like they are too cool to be doing their job. I wanted to get an arctic rush and they told me their machine isnt working. After reading other reviews it sounds like they just dont want to deal with their duties as an employee. I also waited in line for over 30 minutes on this same occasion... slowest service ever. I think I could have made my own ice cream faster.

They could not make a pecan mudslide kept giving me a blizzard even after explaining what it was.

Riverside location is the best. Blizzards are always full of toppings and the drive thru lady is always great

Normally id give a 4*... Tonight my fiance went through the drive thru to get a cake for my birthday. He has a broken leg and is on crutches, and upon telling the kid at the drive thru window that he would like to buy an ice cream cake was told he could only buy it in lobby .He explained that he has a broken leg and cant walk, whereupon the helpful server said i dont know what to tell you man. Lobby only. I know if i worked there id have pulled him ahead and got the money from the car and carried cake out from lobby. Where has customer service gone?

Rude at first but did apologize for the wait on my sandwich. Tasted good but probably wont go back because of their limited menu. They might want to work on their customer service.

I came in here once last summer with my sister and we waited for service at the counter while the employees were just sitting on the tables. We left without anything got popsicles at family dollar instead. Will never go there again and neither should you.

Rude manager, has all high school little girls wearing see through leggings, yoga pants,etc which by the way is very inappropriate dress code for a working environment. Only high school students are employed there as i always see. I asked a customer if any adults 21+ and answer was all employees are ages 18 and under. Only women works there. I think this person is a sexist or something. My son has told me that owner is a pervert.

Soft serve ice cream is very good.

If I could give them a negative rating I would. I went there and ordered a Banana split blizzard and got a strawberry shake. My wife ordered a peanutbutter oreo blizzard and got a peanutbutter shake. I also ordered a mini cookie dough blizzard and got a chocolate shake. This place is garbage will never be going back

I love this DQ hands down, the best one Ive been to yet! Fast Friendly service. Never had any problems. Will defiantly be choosing this location everytime were in the area. Keep up the good work!

The service is always really slow and they dont often do the promotions other ones are doing. Its a dairy queen though so of course the food is good.

The food here is made per order, slower service, but its more fresh. Employees have gotten nicer.

There have been many great improvements here, nice friendly staff, faster service and much more.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I was there at 5 pm on 12/8. None of the outside lights were on, I went through the drivethru and waited over 10 min as nobody was visible inside. I finally saw 2 younger unsupervised males messing around instead of making my order or even taking my money. They see me and proceed to mess around, finally one comes to the window and says sorry I was doing the dishes, I said you realize I could see you right. They finally make my order and push each other back and forth trying to decide who is going to give it to me. They clearly were not responsible enough to be left there alone.Management should think about what they are doing as I usually will go out of my way for a good peanut buster parfait but not with service like that.

First they forgot to give me back my credit card back and I had to ask for it back from the machine. Then they ask if we can pick a different desine since they couldnt find a tip to make the flowers. Then just to make poka dots it took them 10 minutes. We asked for purple frosting and they put it with red. Horrible service. Horrible cake look. Definitely will be going to a different Dairy Queen next time.

Weve gone there several times. Service is slow and employees are rude and incompetent. It looks as if they are more interested in flirting with each other than waiting on customers. On two separate occasions we waited at the drive thru to order and no one addressed us. We had to drive up to the window and order there. On two other separate occasions we placed an order for 2 vanilla cones and one twist cone. The order was read back as 2 vanilla cones. When asked about the twist cone they replied that their chocolate isnt working. The employee was just going to ignore the order for the twist cone instead of informing me that there is no chocolate. Ive had it with that place. I can go to McDonalds for the same size vanilla cone but CHEAPER and FASTER.

Went there last night and there was an incident where a van had cut in front of us whith music blaring and honked their horn knocked on the drive thru window and proceeded to swear at the employee. I just got off the phone with a manager and apparently the person in the van was the boyfriend of the worker and they had contacted police earlier about him. I had my infant son in the car with me and was extremely frightened for our safety the whole time. Also i ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard and it may as well have just been vanilla ice cream. I love dairy queen but from now on i will stay clear of the east side store.

By far the worst place I’ve ever eaten and I’ve been all through the Middle East, homeless, wanderer ect.. Do not get the pulled pork sandwich, I’m already paying for it. It tasted like it was froze n thawed 20 times, a little bbq sauce squirted in the middle n a couple pickles and onions.. then tossed in a microwave.. with the bun.. it was truly disgusting n I’ve eaten out of a dumpster, roadkill & military food.. the ice cream was ok minus the stale graham crackers in my s’mores blizzard.. the manager should be ashamed of themselves for the condition of the food and restaurant as a whole.. complaint also filed with the cooperate office and FDA as well.. gross 🤮

Location from a drivers perspective is not the best.The drive thru was very sluggish so much that my granddaughters went into the store came back with their orders and I never advanced in the Drive thru. CRAZYI only can imagine how much business is lost for poor location, parking and service.

The food and ice cream is good at this little Dairy Queen, but dont expect fast service. I waited approximately 15 minutes for two dippy employees to make an ice cream treat. Very disappointing service.

Ordered a large blizzard. Get a orange julius cup with a malt. Poor training or lazy workers. You tip this one it would pour out.

Tweakers work here. I am not eating this sandwich I just bought. watched him just use bare hands to throw it together, a bad tomato, then microwaved the whole this. is looks and smells terrible. I will avoid all DQ from now on

This location doesnt serve a full hot menu, nor do they match whats listed on the Dairy Queen online treats menu. Twice Ive had to cancel my order and go elsewhere after trying to order something I saw on the online menu. If you arent sure what you want is on the menu, better to just go inside so you at least dont hold up traffic at the drive through.

My last two visits, my blizzards have been all ice cream no toppings. I gave it a second chance, but not a third. Go to Culvers.

Terrible establishment, I received 2 crushed dilly bars, was missing my chips, no napkins. Took 25 minutes to get my food, chili on the dogs was from 3 weeks ago, everyone working here are degenerates.

Should be called the ghetto queen the person that served us was rude and some of them didnt have gloves on couldnt understand half the stuff the server was saying I usually give a place a second chance but I think Ill find another place this time and Steer clear of this place

Getting in and out of this location is a pain, especially when its busier.Always short staffed, usually nobody knows whats going on.If I were to try to flip the blizzards there, they would have a huge mess on their counter.

If I could give negative 1 million I would. Went there...order two M & M blizzards...gave me Oreo. Went in to get the right ones said that I was lying and refused to refund me. Horrible service...never again.

Never again my kids ordered a large dipped cone and the first one come right out of the cone and fell right into the chocolate and second cone come out also and the employee grabbed the garbage and didnt wash her hands and made them with her hands that she touched the trashcan with no no no very bad as a food service will not take my kids no more got my money back never felt so disgusted like that
