Item was delivered in a timely manner (Thank you Corey Dettman) - great pricing and customer service. Phil and Terrence (and Ryan) worked with me constantly communicating so I was able to utilize the industrial cooler as long as possible and maintain my budget.

Very easy to work with. I was able to call and had the equipment picked up shortly thereafter.

Representative was friendly and helpful, rental went smoothly and I was able to get the lift I needed on short notice.

Rented lift for half hour drove it to job site and couldn’t get it into the back yard. Still charged me 100$ for towing it around lol. Thanks will go with somebody else next time. Take care

Rented a concrete buggy to haul concrete 300 to our pour. They said it could haul 16 cubic feet but couldnt load any more than about 10. Any more than that and it wouldnt dump. Had to get two guys to help lift / dump it. Nearly lost our pour due to the extra time it took to haul the concrete. I wont be renting fro united again. :(

Guy from parts told me hi will call me back. Hi didnt called me back. Im disappointed, not seriously.
