The sales staff was amazing! Andrea was patient, answered all my questions, she was knowledgeable, and was FUN to work with. Options and styles were excellent. I was uncertain about what I wanted when I arrived but left with a great choice!

Andrea was very nice and funny. My man went in there a few days prior and she didnt push him and let him sit in there for 45 minutes when he couldnt make up his mind for our kids mattresses. So he brought me back today and we walked out with 3 mattresses for our children. It even looked like rain so she helped us load up the mattresses and secure them with plastic so they wouldnt get wet. She even told us to message her to make sure we made it home safely.

BoxDrop was a very pleasant visit. Im getting my very 1st king size bed with a small fee for delivery. The workers greeted us and were very helpful

Matt and Courtney were unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable, and it’s clear they truly care about providing great customer service. I went to drop box looking for a memory foam mattress with an adjustable frame. Although I did not end up purchasing from Dropbox in Green Bay I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a new bed. They are one of the more helpful discount mattress outlets.

Havent even gotten our new mattress yet but we are very excited to.
