I have never had a bad experience with this laundry mat and go normally every two weeks. The management is great, one day the coin machine was out and the manager was not there, there was a number to call and within maybe 15 mins he was there to fill the coins. I love this place honestly..the atmosphere is busy at times but its worth it. If you plan to wash late do not come in at 8:30 because they close at 9 so the last wash and dry starts at around 7:30- 8 I believe.

We recently purchased a home in Greensboro. Appliances are on back order due to the pandemic. Joy Laundromat has been a lifesaver. They are so sweet. Very affordable. FAST. We get out laundry back folded within a few hours. The owners are so sweet. So thankful for this place.

I usually rate businesses if they do exceptionally well or extremely terrible. This is my second time in Greensboro for work. I work extensive hours 7am - 7pm 6-7 days of the week. So I use there wash and fold service and I was able to drop it off after their service hours pay for it the next day over the phone and pick it up after service hrs. They even didnt forget to Hang dry certain sweaters for me that I asked. I also love their music! Got bless Keep up the excellent customer service!

I love Mr & Mrs Simms they are really sweetI moved here 11 yrs ago and have been there customer ever since its really clean and its safe they have cameras all over the place

Clean, professional, spacious, and wifi.I walked in and the owner came right over and held the door and asked if I needed any help. He directed me to the right machines and took time to make sure I had what I needed and was eat up to wash. He also saw me on my phone and made sure I had the wifi code (its here for you!). Both owners were super friendly and helpful. They also have reasonably priced snacks and drinks. I drove a bit out of the way and would do so again!

I live in an apartment in Greensboro and have been relying on my laundromat on site, but since theyre remodeling it, I had to look elsewhere temporarily. I had done laundry here twice, and this second time is the last time. I usually go do laundry around 6pm because of work, so my laundry was done at about 8:35pm this time. They close at nine, which is clearly stated on their window, so I wasnt worried. However, whomever closed the store was extremely unprofessional. When I got there at 8:37pm, the lights were off, the door was locked, and the man left an extremely unprofessional sticky note on the door for me saying I waited on u and I had to leave. Why would you have to leave before you close and why would you lock my laundry in your store?! I was so infuriated last night. That is horrible management. Dont ever go do your laundry remotely later in the day or else this man is going to leave early and lock your laundry in the store until the next day. I went to receive my laundry today, said nothing, and will never come back.Update: the man came to harass my social media after seeing this review. Picture attached

Good place very clean

I really love this place, its clean and the staff is very friendly. But on Monday I was there and they allowed a customer and her two kids to be there without masks. They should stand firm on the mask policy . Its posted on both doors and on the inside.

I recently relocated to Greensboro. I needed a new wash, dry fold service.I arrived at noon. Joy greeted me with a friendly smile. I paid up front. By 4pm Simon had texted my cell. My laundry ( 35 lbs + a bedspread) was done in 4 hours. Most importantly, it was done right and smelled heavenly.This is definitely my new go to for laundry. I have nothing bad to say.I appreciate Joy and Simon very much.

Clean and friendly place to do your laundry. Only down side is that they dont take card on their machines, but could also be an upside because it probably helps keep the prices per cycle lower.

Phil, the owner is very courteous. All machines are brand new, clean, and work great. Some of the cheapest prices for washes and drys. Though its only open until 10 (last wash at 9) its still a great place.I came in today to dry my clothes that I had washed, and I was in and out in about 35 minutes. 3 machines running almost at full load, and I only spent about 4 dollars. I highly recommend this laundromat - Eric

I went because of all the other positive reviews... I was not disappointed! Very clean establishment, well maintained washers & dryers. Phil, the owner, is a super friendly guy... even let me bum some suds. Will definitely return!

Since moving to Greensboro, Ive always went to this laundrymat. Always clean and very friendly owners. Will do your laundry if you dont have the time to do it yourself. Will even give you tips on what to do for stubborn stains and to get your white clothes nice and white. Will be doing dry cleaning soon!!

Went to this place because of the great reviews and high rating, machines are good, place is clean and pleasant, wash time is about 20 minutes for small machines, and dryers are about the same. I had a good experience until the cashier rushed myself and a few other customers off early because a storm was coming. He was on a moped that was parked in the nearest spot to the door, really that little thing needed a whole parking spot. We were asked to check our drying clothes because he had to go. No refund for remaining dry time was offered...

The dryers there are amazing! Their super cheap and dry really quick. Its clean quiet and the owners are very nice

Awesome prices as well as great super nice service... machines work exceptionally well dryers are fast and the place is squeaky clean...love it...oh yea they always have the flat screen TV on law and order SVU on Sundays and thats one of my favorite TV programs...

My washer and dryer went out and I checked the internet for a good laundromat and Joy came up. I tried them out because it said they have FREE Drying. I found out that Drying is NOT free and they have Roaches, BIG ONES.

Wifi & laundry, with a place to sit while you wait, they even have a selection of soda/tea & candy for sale. Clean place, quiet

The owner was very attentive and helpful. All you need to take is your clothes and a little bit of cash. The machines are large, reasonably priced and quick. All amenties are availble and are inexpensive. There is free wifi, a coke machine and cable tv flat screen. The offers for your programing preference and also provides wash, dry, and folding service. The facility is well maintained offering excellent lighting, carts, folding tables, comfortable seating, a coffe table to work on, tinted storefront windows.
