I bought A new Havoc boat from Grenada Bad Boys and Mike Campbell. The new boat had several Issues such as rust and the gas tank was not the correct size that I ordered. It has been a month and Mike has chosen not to resolve the issues with the boat. He was friendly and happy to make the sell but now he has changed his tune. Grenada Bad Boys have Given me ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Grenada Bad Boys sold me a Tracker branded steering console for a 1648 Grizzly my son had purchased elsewhere. I bought a 2 stroke 50HP Yamaha outboard off Ebay at a good price, and wanted the power to weight ratio and a shaft long enough to Plane the boat correctly as the Tracker has a wonderful 21 inch transom which requires shaft extensions for the small on and off type outboards. The motor I bought on Ebay was configured for remote and The Grenada Bad BOYS or more correctly,, Good Guys,, did me a favor and sold me the matching tracker console at a great priced and was essentially less expensive than a new tiller handle would have been.. I do recommend letting THEM install it if you have similar needs as it was quite a job . Their facility is nice and they have a lot of inventory of all the products they sell. I talked to several people while shopping and buying those parts and ALL were courteous and NICE people. Both Mikes were available by phone and Mike the younger, lead on my project, went outta his way to help. Tracker had left a part out of the carton and He got them to overnight the missing part so I would not be hung up during the Fourth of July shutdown without the necessary parts to complete the project.David HeathWinona, MS
