Do not buy from this place if you are expecting service after the sale. If I could rate it at zero stars I would. The absolute worst customer service after the sale and not the best during the sale either. I’m not going to go into to detail but I will just say never ever again. Stay away!!!!

Fixed me up in no time

The worse place to get a vehicle worked on. My transmission was like new when I took it in. When I pick up my jeep SOMEONE has put almost 18 miles on it and rawhided the jeep, transmission has more slack than a 80,000 mile transmission now.

What a great experience we had today. Hauling a trailer with 2 dogs and a horse and the air went out in the truck. They had us unhook and got straight to work on fixing the problem and even invited our dogs inside the a/c and told us if we needed to unload and walk our horse around we could. What a greasy bunch of folks they were. And we will definitely give them a shot when we get ready to trade vehicles

If your vehicle is over 10 years old and has an electronic problem, no Dodge dealer can fix it. Sunset Chrysler in Grenada kept my wifes van for over 3 weeks and finally admitted they couldnt fix it. I guess Chrysler corporation figures after 10 years theyll be able to sell you a new car. It aint happening!

Was driving thru Grenada, ended up with a Bluetooth issue on my 2015 ram rebel, called and talked to John in service. Came to the dealership and he came out checked my truck and showed me it was my phone’s Bluetooth that was not functioning properly and not the truck. He is very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to friends and family.

The sales staff were very courteous and helpful in all the details, I look forward to doing more business with them.

Go somewhere else, I would like to say this place did not empress me at all. I took my Ram 1500 for a check engine light, the first thing they do is update the software and charge me 125.00 and the service writer didnt even know what the check engine light was for he had to go ask what was the problem was. Well the next day the check engine light came on again. I took it back they kept it for a few days, they said they had to order the solenoid pack for the transmission, two weeks later I had to call them, the part was in I had to leave my truck again, they installed the part, and overfilled the transmission. They tried to charge me for something that was under warranty. Anyway I wouldnt take my truck there again, I would rather pay some other place.

Crooks and Liars! They mislead and flat out lie! I would never do business with these people. They send out flyers that tell you to pull off a tab and reveal your prize, our number matches $500 cash!! When we get to the dealership there are 100s of the flyesf tapped to the windows that all say $500 but they say that we are looking at the wrong number, our real number matches a $15 knock-off smart watch. Complete BS. Thats a great business model. Lie to people to get them to drive an hour to get there and then pull the rug. I wouldnt buy a car from these people if they were the last car dealership on Earth!!

I have been getting my oil changed here for several years but today was a NIGHTMARE. .. 3 hours for an oil change and I was the 2nd one they did ! Then put wrong oil in my car. ..the service department is a joke ! Stay away! !!
