Have had very good experience with delivery. Like that I can go online and change the order prior to delivery. Online account management is easy to use.

I have tried to get a live person every day of the week for the last month to get them out here at my place of employment to replenish our water bottles and cant get a live person !!! Ill stay on hold 20 minutes each time but never get a live person but as soon as I hit 1 for new service I get a live person instantly but who tells me she cant look existing accounts up and transfers me back to hold !!!

This is such a handy service. The delivery is always timely and the water is always ready when I need it. We enjoy the use of the hot water side for cocoa or ramen noodles and the cold water is just cold enough not to give you a brain freeze. The customer service is exceptional.
