Would not recommend buying from them. If you do bring a mechanic with to check out the car before you buy. The salesman take forever to get back in touch after messages had been left. The car broke down the day it was brought home immediately called salesman about the car and left messages. Took salesman a week to return a call. They wouldnt take off any payment since the car is undriveable for a month plus and car wasnt even owned a day before it broke down. No loaner car offered, no replacement car unless a new down payement is made. Would not recommend them to anyone shopping for a used vehicle. Bad business

Worst place ever to get a car called to pay my car note which is $389 I told the lady that I only had $375 she told me that she could not process the payment because I didn’t have the full amount which is ridiculous I’ve had my car 1 year and a half and within 3 months of having the car they had to replace my motor (do not get a car from here unless your really desperate for a car) worst customer service ever they have really bad attitudes IM SO SICK OF NUWAY!!! at this point moe and joe gonna be my best friends

When I Say the SMOOTHEST experience I’ve ever had I mean it.. I was in and out in an hour with the Lowest Down payment I’ve ever had, the lowest monthly payment, and the shortest term. I HIGHLY recommend this placeEdit: 7 Months later and I still have not had a problem with this car dealership. I ran into a little bump with covid but I called them and let them know it was going on and communicated and they worked with me and they worked with me hard. As long as you communicate with them whats going on they dont repo your car unless its very blatant youre avoiding them and that youre not trying.

Im happy to have been able to purchase a vehicle, but I will never get another car from them again. If your payment is due on the 1st of the month you better pay on or before your due date. If you havent paid by the 2nd they will call their tow company to come pick your car up!!! I paid 1/2 of my note early & they still picked my car up 5 days before my next note was due!!! Then they picked it up on Friday night, but wouldnt let me come pay & release it back to me until the next tuesday!!! The tow truck driver told me that they have been sending him out for vehicles that are 2-3 days past their due date. Ive talked with other nu-way customers who have confirmed that this is true. I only owed them $198.00 but had to give them $ 750 to get it back! They also made me sign a notice saying that if they pick it up again I will not be able to get it back. Ive never been late on a payment with them before. This was my 1st time & I only owed them 1/2 of my monthly note. They picked it up 5 days before my next payment was due. Thats pretty shady business if u ask me!

I decided to test drive a 2013 Hyandi Veloster. I talked to Gigi, who has been in the car sales business for 19 years. She was honest and straight forward with me. She said that she could help me get it, very easily. It was priced at 12, 995. I could get into it for $1000 down and pay around $300 a month for 5 years. It would come with a 2 year warranty, with $100 deductible. Im thinking about it.

I feel they are a bit overpriced and kinda get you with the no credit check to get you into paying more than what the vehicle is worth

The epitome of LOAN SHARK FINANCE COMPANY.29.9% intrest. We paid double what the car was worth if it was in perfect shape which it wasn’t. We later learned it had been in a significant front end collision (even after seeing a clean car fax) We were plagued with near constant break downs somehow never applicable to the 3000. Warranty we were forced to buy. Then during covid-19 when we had our jobs cut back hours they come and repoed it. So the year and a half we paid 500 a month money gone. They broke in past a locked gate to steal the car out of the woods behind my home. Obviously it had a gps tracker and the repo man knew the car was here despite it not being visible. Also the repo company was willing to break the law to get the car. And to add insult to injury the repo company charged me 50. To retrieve my personals from the car. Also the company sued me for the payment they said they would put to the back of the loan for covid and I don’t know how but they sued me for over 1000. And are garnishing my wages.......like they didn’t get enough out of me with the 2500 car I traded in and the 500 a month I paid for 18:months on a car they get to sell again.These loans are set up to fail. Anyone desperate enough to do biz there will come to regret it. I know I have .....

I’ve been leasing a car for the past 7 months with these guys and one payment missed they came to repo my car....I had been in ICU twice and told them my situation and asked if they could give me a few days to pay the note not only that I had a tree fall through the roof of the house so it set me back ...Matt in Gulfport is very nasty after I pleaded with this man. Mind you I work in and out of state so not only did I lose my transportation to go to my doctors appointments and taking my children to school I can’t get back and forward to work....i was also told since I’m out of town I’ve lost all my money I put in my car and I couldn’t get it back if I had the car note or not it’s going to auction at this point....such RIP OFFS.

I would give them 5 if the interest rate wasnt over 20% and they actually reported to the credit bureaus.they dont give you any problems if you pay on time. Very respectable when you come in and they give the option to pay online. I have been with them for a year paying $355 a month for a 2014 year model I want it to go down but the only way that happens if I put more down.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! I saved 1800 for 2 years, put it down on a car here, and the car stopped 2 weeks later. Warranty denied claim, repairs were 2,000. I asked for a trade, company would not help me or talk to me. Even though I still payed car note and car didnt work. Car stopped on me while my daughter was inside and another car almost hit her side. Take your money were its appreciated and respected.

Guys are RIP OFFS. Tried to sell us a 2009 Ford with 150k miles with dents and a bad interior for 800 a month. Then lied to us saying Ford is the most reliable vehicle on the road. I keep hearing all these commercials for NU way auto and all I have to say about that crappy place is thats where I bought my mustang that they said was wreck free only 76k miles perfect condition then a week later it rain and the convertible roof leaked. So I went back to them where they told me that it never did that before but they could fix it for me for a price $$$. I didnt have a loan through them so I just vowed to never go back. Well later on I go to trade my now 86k mile mustang out thinking easy right owe hardly anything on it solid trade in? No apparently they lied about that as well the guy looks at me and says umm its been wrecked and was actually considered totaled my heart sank. Soo I say #F NU-way auto.

Today, I received a phone call in regards to an online application that I completed to get financed through Nu-Way Auto. The guy who called me back was very RUDE! So Rude that he hung up on me after I told him that I was self employed, receive a 1099, have a history of 1099s as proof of a consistency with employment. He said that the lender will not approve me because there is not a YTD on my check stubs. I begin to explain to Mr. Michael Palermo that my check stubs were from the same company, have my name on them,how much I have earned and the date. After I explained this to him he said you will not get approved; have a nice day, and hung up on me. I would say this experience was appalling and disappointing because two people had suggested that I check out Nu-Way Auto since they advertise Guaranteed Approval.

Im buying a car today paying cash. Just a tip, no photos for any of your vehicles online is why im not coming there. Huge difference if photo and price are online.

Very Unprofessional of Gigi and one of the male salesperson. They had promised to sell me a trade in they received over the weekend once the deal is funded for the customer who traded it in. Sent my driver license and all my info and they assured me the car is mine. 1 day goes by and I call them to inquire about status, salesperson and Gigi said dont worry Deal is not funded yet and car will be yours. Today i called and they said they had sold the car to someone else and immediately hung up the phone. Definately will not want to do business with them. So unprofessional and rude. worst experience ever!

Easy financing and nice cars

This place sucks. Their Tv commercial is a complete lie. They will lie to you, never get you financed without a down payment so high you could get a new car. They advertise we get anyone financed. BS, I have ok credit, mid 600. They demanded a ridiculous down payment for a crappy car, then wanted almost a $700 a month payment. Once you call them out on their continuous lies, they ignore your calls. Buyer beware, all their cars have well over a 100,000 miles on them. If you are actually dumb enough to sign a deal with then you will see you could have got a brand new car for far less. These POS need to have their teeth knocked out for their shady business practices. They hit you with the high pressure sales tactics and try to convince you its a great deal. I got that creepy feeling from them and when I left, I stopped at a new car dealership and got a great deal for far far less money for a brand new trucjk. When I called back to ask then whats going on and why they lie on their commercial, no one would talk to me, they would just hang up. The Gautier lot has a smelly dog that roams free in the office wont leave you alone, AND IM A DOG LOVER, but really, Wash that dog if you want it to interact with customers. Dang! I cant stress enough, stay away from these shady people. Their only concern is to rip you off and have you drive off in one of their high mileage POS vehicles and laugh at you as you leave knowing they ripped you off!!

I knew a single mother of four who basically got screwed by this company. I think theyre a pretty good example of the sleazy, dishonest kinds of small car dealerships you hear horror stories about. She bought a vehicle that died right after she drove it off the lot. She gave them multiple chances to repair it, but somehow, even though it died every single time she retrieved the vehicle from them, they could never recreate the problem. Then they said they replaced parts when apparently they never did... and so now this woman has no way to get to work and get her kids around. She tried to get a refund and tried to get them to accept responsibility - but so far, they havent. Do business elsewhere.
