Was here with my coupon for the ice-cream. The staff very patient to tell me what options I have and end up paying $1 for my ice cream. Very happy with my purchase and it tasted great.

Female at the drive through window does not communicate with respect to customers they were also playing in the background while ordering and the wait is ridiculously long and they have very few ice cream flavors didnt get what I came there for 31flavors

At least 6 workers inside Duncan Donut this morning. ALL working the drive thru. They did not want to acknowledge any customers inside. Really sad. I just left.

New location that is in a great spot/busy road...but that is literally all they have going for them. I’ve only been here 4 times but every time, my order has been wrong/just plain bad. The milkshakes were terrible...half of it was ice (which you don’t put in a milkshake to begin with), the coffee I did get was sort of warm and it was the wrong order as well. Brought the milkshake back in less than 2 minutes after walking out and the lady who made it acted like she had never seen me before and proceeded to act like they were overly busy and would not fix the issue. I’d rather drive 15 minutes out of the way than drive less than a mile from my house to go here. Do bother stopping by.

Edited to say that they now have the vegan flavors.
