It’s always nice to find what you need on your first stop. Mel was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. Rare find. Delivery was arranged for same day and Doyle the delivery man was very accommodating as well.

Finally wound up buying our adjustable bed here. The sales person was nice and patient with us. We had been looking at beds for a few weeks so we knew what we wanted and we got it here. I bought my mattress about 2.5 years ago, the service was so great that I went back and bought another one from them for my spare room. My main mattress is literally coming apart at the seam. I called today and the gentleman that answered said he would send someone out and they will help me claim for my warranty. At this point I am super pleased, he didnt give me a bunch of mambo jumbo, he said he could look up the model for me. I am praying we get it exchanged, because I really truly love this bed. When I originally bought my mattress it took a couple of weeks to come in, so the manager sent this one out so we wouldnt have to do without a bed. When mine came in and they delivered it right away i called to ask if we could keep the loaner. I had to pay an additional 300 i believe it was, but very happy to do so. I say great marketing strategy on his part. lol If they come through like i expect them too i will update to 5 stars for certain and I will buy my King Size bed from them as well.

They will work with you to get you what YOU want, not just what they have in stock that needs to be moved out, at a price you absolutely can not find anywhere else at the best quality. Was told no more than 10 to 12 business days to get our order in. Now sometime between 20 to who knows when. Disappointed with the lack of response/return calls. Originally posted 12/30/2000, purchased on 12-12-2020.Update 01/22/2021: Still no word on delivery date.
