I went there looking for a place to buy. The manager appeared to be nice and all until I gave them my deposit. Now I’m still battling to get my money back. Done go there.

The trailers are very old falling to peices broken windows thru out and want way to much for damaged gutted trailers with no stove no fridge no heat or ac units

This particular part guys at all Ive been looking for parts for my friends that came down and have a wonderful little camper its time for snowbirds right now in places are hard to find. However this spot and well hidden. Theres fishing close by laundromat facilities cable TV Wifi theres Recreational Park swimming pool laundromat etc etc real nice big oak trees nice clean place. The management is very hospitable.

I purchased homes from this place years ago. I recently went back to visit someone and it has really gone down hill.

Trailers are older models, yet the location, beautiful oak trees and respectful management and quiet neighborhood is worth not having newer model. Disagree with comments stating dirty; I have never seen litter on the property. Thank you

Its cheap. Great school zone. Make sure you know how to fix your own because management wont.

The available rentals should be condemned. On 3 of the 4 I looked at, a key was not on the keyring of the maintenance man, so he used the master key...a crowbar and a screwdriver. There were hornet nests inside two trailers. Perhaps the people running this place should fix them up before showing them.

It has a lot of old sanded trailers out there but the rent out there is real cheap and the lots are really afordable if you want to put your own modular home out thete

Doesnt deserve not even a star. Its old run down trailers from the 1970 and 1980 . they are zone ones in very very poor condition.

Manager is rude. Trailers need to be tore down. Repair work on trailers are some cheap and half ass. I know I live here.

As neighbors, it is a plague upon our locale. Ive had six break-ins/burglaries PROBABLY due to the tennants of the Bayou Oaks facility.

The trailors are runned down and there was paint on the carpets.

This place is horrible if you miss a months payment theyll brake into your home and still things from out of your house.
