Awful experience here. Bought 3 new tires here months back and all 3 I got the extra road hazard warranty. All 3 tires failed within 10k miles one of which was a catastrophic failure (blowout). I took pictures with DOT numbers and the condition of the three faulty tires which had almost no tread as well as the receipts from day of purchase and they would not honor their warranty. Horrible customer service they just basically tell you you’re out of luck. I got tires from a different place as replacement and they’ve held up 30k+ miles without issue. Never using Walmart auto care center again and suggest no one else does.

My daughter took her car in for an oil change and an older man brought out the plastic panel that attaches to the undercarriage to protect the underneath side of the engine compartment and told her he was not going to put it back on because it was not his style. He said that someone had used screws to attach it, which I had because it had been pulled loose during the previous snow storm. He then attempted to throw the protective plate in the garbage then was very rude when she told him that shed take it with her.It irritates me greatly when people like this guy take advantage of individuals that dont know any better. Needless to say, this place will not be doing any further service on my daughters car or anyone else that Im able to inform about the horrible service that she received.

I have generally had no issues with this tire center until the last couple visits. The guy at the desk was rude and both times he told us that there would be a wait of 2 hours or more. I do not live in town and can not wait that long every time I need a flat fixed. My family and I will not be going there again. I understand waiting that long once in a while but the rude service was unacceptable.

I have a battery with warranty through them and its no good doesnt hold the charge. I took it to oreilys and they comfirmed it was a bad battery, which I already knew, so then I take it to them to replace it and they say they have to charge it and run test on it for an hour. Then turn around and say its a good battery & that Ill have to keep letting it die and bringing it back everytime until it shows its a bad battery. So pretty much the car has to get stranded everytime until they think its bad.
