Truly incredible service and product. Also great knowledge. What I had in mind was going to overpower the bathroom. Tota made a great recommendation, showed many pictures, talked about other options, etc. He arrived same day to take measurements, quote, etc. Very communicative regarding timeline and install, which was extremely quick (less than two weeks from quote). Ive worked with several contractors who take many months and multiple phone calls/emails to respond, much less do the work. This was the exact opposite, and a truly great experience. They are so reasonably priced and did such a great job! I redid my bypass shower door and my glass and aluminum frame closet doors in the year, and the difference is night and day. They worked with me on how high/wide I wanted different shelves and the practicality of what I wanted. Im super happy with my very glass and aluminum frame closet doors! It does take a while to install the closets because of COVID and everyone renovating, but it was worth the wait.

The glass in one of my kitchen cabinet doors broke and shattered. I contacted a few other glass companies but couldn’t find a solution. I went to HRX Glass and they were able to fabricate new doors which I easily installed. HRX completed my order on only one week and they look great!!!

Bought a new house and wanted to replace the plastic wall plate covers with color designed glass to match the antique bronze hardware in the rest of the house. A friend recommended talking to them. We dealt with 3 different people at the store and all of them were pleasant and knowledgeable. My wife picked them up at their showroom, now she wants to update/upgrade other things. Using HRX to install my glass shower door was a stress free experience. The staff (Alejandro) was professional, courteous and responsive to my calls, text messages and emails. I noticed fingerprint smudges on the glass stopper after the installer completed their work, and I was unable to clean the smudges on the stopper because it was fastened close to the glass. I was going to be frustrating to look at fingerprint smudges everyday. I called HRX and they sent the installers back within 24 hrs and they removed the stopper, removed the prints and reinstalled the stopper. I highly recommend HRX Glass. They were great to work with. They do an awesome job with custom glass work. Theyve done several jobs for us over the years and theyre always done perfectly. Weve had several pieces cut for the tops of our tables, dressers and other furniture so the wood doesnt get scratched. The glass protects the wood and it looks really good too!

Best Customer Service EVER! We purchased our closet sliding doors back in 2016. We use them, however, as the main door to the kitchen from the laundry room from which the Garage enters. So, they are heavy use doors, but look awesome! We have my husband and I and 4 teenagers living here so those doors are used a lot! Recently one of the doors started wobbling, only sometimes, when opened or closed. I looked closely and noticed one of the wheels had cracked so it was not staying tight on the track. I emailed the customer service of HRX Glass with a brief inquiry about if they sold spare parts. I got an email back a few hours later from Camilo, the customer service rep with a short reply saying he would ship me a new wheel assembly! Simple as that! No forms required. No Ticket numbers. Just prompt problem resolved!
