I needed a hard-to-find battery for a car key fob (CR1620). After searching at local stores and coming up empty, I went online to Batteries Plus Bulbs and saw that they carried what I needed. I also saw that I could order online and pick up at the store, with a 10% discount for doing so. While on the site, I saw that they carried my hearing aid batteries for a far better price than I was paying at other retail outlets. At CVS I was paying about $21 for 24 size 312 batteries; at Batteries Plus Bulbs, I paid $25 for a pack of 48! Guess where Ill be going for hearing aid batteries in the future? To top it off, my pick-up was easy, and John, who introduced himself at the start of my transaction, was engaging and helpful! All in all, a very positive experience!

I recently picked up a replacement battery for my tractor. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. It reminded me of the “way things used to be” in terms of customer service. What a neat place with all sorts of goodies! I would go out of my way to patronize this business! Stop in and you’ll see what I mean.

My husband and i purchased a motorcycle battery in feb 2016. By august 2017 would not hold charge. Called ahead to verify warranty and when we arrived customer service rep said he would test it although machine was not opperating properly. Then refused to replace the battery because machine said it was fine. Cashier proceeded to try to diagnose problrms with a motorcycle he knew nothing about and refused to honor warranty.
