Chris Lopes in particular has always given his full attention to all requests from as little as replacement parts to full project support. Their relationship with OEMs is particularly valuable in project support.

When i went to check out and pay i saw the shipping charges and i thought it seemed high. They were going to charge me 420 for standard USPS delivery, $64 for 2 day air and $ 111 for next day air for a purchase of $37 and the size of the parts i was ordering would fit in the palm of your hand, so weight/size was not an issue. I went to a competitor and got standard shipping for $ 8 . Insane they would profit so much from shipping.
