Record Products owes my company $1,825.00 for a repair of a drive that we did for them. The invoice is currently 2 months overdue and Joe Helfrich will not respond to emails or return our calls. Our accounting has called multiple times, I have emailed 4 times, and no response. Do not do business with this company.

They dont make records, but the make all of the parts that make vinyl records possible. All here in Connecticut!
