I went to Pease a second time (editing my former review), and had a MUCH better experience. I was with my builder, and it was much easier to find excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Great prices.

We went to MANY different cabinetsuppliers finally found what I wanted at Pease Warehouse! I wanted gray STAINED cabinets w/roll out shelves, soft close doors and drawers. I had my choice of wood, styles for the doors and drawers. They are beautiful, extremely well made and the arrived in less than 3 weeks. No problems at all!Other suppliers were showing me their in-stock painted cabinets and price wise they were more expensive than Pease..so go to Pease n ask for Terri if you are going to rehab your kitchen or bath.

Came into Pease looking for an exterior door. Looked through rows of doors and saw one that would work for me.The staff easily loaded it onto a cart, wheeled it up front so I could pay and then wheeled it to the car to load it. And away we went.Plus, they’re dog-friendly (I mean you can’t have an unruly dog or one that makes messes) but yeah they didn’t ask us to leave when I stopped in with my pup in tow.

I can’t tell you enough how amazing their customer service is. Without going into too many details, my husband sent me in to order a custom front door.... well, let’s just say they went above and beyond to ensure we received the correct door with the correct swing. Also, husbands should not send wives with two babies to order doors that require measurements. You will not be disappointed in the service and products they offer!

I replaced 1 window and a set of frinch doors with side lights. I could not have done this project with out the money they saved me. And the quality was still there.

I Walked into the store on Friday afternoon upon a friends recommendation. We are doing a SIZABLE kitchen remodel. The gentlemen at the front desk were too busy to stop talking to help me with a selection and purchase. I then proceeded over to the countertop area. Although they were with customers no one even stopped or offered to ask what I needed. I was completely ignored. All I wanted to know is how to set up an appointment ( which I gathered was necessary after the way I was treated as a walk -in) Needless to say I put my items back and left. I would not recommend this company. If this is the way they treat customers before a sale I can only imagine how they treat them after.

This experience has made me more aware of how important it is to have a kitchen designer- at Pease our designer really, really knows her stuff. Shes been patient with us when we changed our mind three times and worked on the time consuming quotes to get everything just right. So far Im extremely pleased with this process. She took the time to patiently explain the many, many options and choices as if it was personally important to her- in a day and age of bad customer service everywhere, we were really impressed.

Friendly, Helpful along with Great Selection & Prices! Shout out to Karen, thank you for your help. I needed to replace an unusual size vanity in a rental property and my contractor recommended Pease Warehouse. Wow, was I surprised at the selection and pricing options. Besides the vanity I also needed the counter-top but the plain neutral color was not in stock. Karen took time to online shop the Big Box stores and another source and no solid neutral immediately available. She helped me select the next best eye appealing and price conscious option. Yes, I would shop here again for any kitchen or bathroom needs.

They couldnt furnish the countertop we were looking to purchase. They dont do a beveled edge formica. So sad.

Well All I know about them is they accept stolen unsigned credit cards. And they let someone run multiple transactions until the card was maxed out. Gee that aint suspicious at all..... Excellent security training on the part of those cashiers. What a world we live in!

Very well stocked, huge variety of items. Fair prices. Lots of sales. Didnt get greeted or asked if I needed help, first time visit could have used assistance but figured it out.

Definitely a warehouse vibe; however its well lit and overall clean. They have some really good buys compared to the big box stores. The only drawback was that I was never approached by anyone offering assistance.

Go in today a Tuesday to buy a kitchen full of cabinets I was told that they are short staffed but she would ask if the designer would be able to help me...the designer scoffed said in front of me but speaking to another employee she didnt have time in a much less professional way. and was very obviously annoyed .I would not have wanted her help after the absolute disrespect and attitude. the lady then turned to me explained that they were not able to help me and she can take my number so someone can call me I then asked if I needed a appt. she explained no but and my time during the week will work I explained today is Tuesday she was nice and tried so kudos to her but come on if I cant get someone to take my money or even act like my 15,000. isnt important then I wont be spending it there ..

We ordered an entire kitchen from Pease, and we couldnt be happier with them. Patti, our kitchen designer has been great, and everyone at the store has been kind and honest.We are thrilled with the cabinet quality, Shiloh cabinets, and when there was an issue, they were on it. This is our 2nd time gutting a kitchen, and we are happy to have worked with Pease. Highly recommend to all of our friends for great service and fair prices.

Bought kitchen cabinets here, they were a step below their nicest line. The doors and drawers all have soft close included and are very sturdy, easy to clean. We installed ourselves which made us a little more aware of the mistakes than we would have been otherwise. One of our cabinets has been repaired pretty badly, they did exchange it for us without a charge. The cabinets had multiple sides that were finished as if they would be on the end, but they werent. Probably 5 panels like that, forever hidden between cabinets. That was frustrating because I am sure it cost extra. But all in all The lady we worked with was super helpful and patient, would recommend!

Great cabinets at reasonable prices.

Pease is a ok place to go if you are looking for budget builder grade stock cabinets, windows, doors,e.t.c. but I highly recommend never special ordering anything as if the order gets messed up they will flat out refuse to do anything to help you and you are stuck with it regardless of whos at fault. I ordered some screens for some silver line windows for moms sun porch and 1 replacement window which matched 3 other windows. The screens where ordered to fit the window I ordered along with the 3 other windows I have that are the same. the screen from the window I ordered fits my other windows and after giving them the window size window model and a guess of a measurement of the screens (I am not a window man) they came out wrong and being for a window an inch and 3/4 more then what was supposed to be and screens being about a half an inch wider then needed.I understand that my measurement was probably what caused the issue but if you have the window size which is a standard size and the model of the window which is how the screens are ordered by the window size shouldent that mean something more then some homeowners best guess of a measurement?I would think twice before buying anything from these people in the small case you should need to return it! they are not nice to deal with!If I where running a business I would want to keep as much good publicity as possible and try to help my customer get what they need especially if I am even the slightest bit at fault for not ordering something correctly and offer to cover a percentage anyway to help make things right. instead of YOUR S.O.L.

I had my first experience with this place yesterday. Ive been in over 1000 house flips in my time and I had a few construction guys referred me to this place and I am not impressed whatsoever. There is no one that will help you. everything is in disarray and the prices are not cheaper because Ive checked. I checked on some cabinets they had and compared them to cabinets at Menards and they are the same quality yet Menards is half the price. Im not sure why people are bamboozled by this place because they are not cheaper in anyway shape or form. What really perplexed me was the discount Area. All the cabinets and stuff in this area looks like returns and I literally saw cockroach fecal matter at some of these cabinets and grease from kitchens!! l think all these are returns and some of them was pretty damaged. and some wasnt even functional yet they put close to the original price On the items. which blows my mind!!! This alone looks like shady business practices. Im sorry but if theyre trying to be the premier supply for home improvements they fail miserably . I called both those guys that referred me to this place and chewed them a new one. DO NOT waste your time going here. Very disappointing.

Stay away if you care what you buy.Cheap poor quality stuff. Patio door was $20 cheaper than HomeDepot with no warranty, with 20% restocking fee if returned.Door lasted for two years because fiber was not properly glued to the inside wood.Almost bought vanity cabinet, found it was coming apart at the cash register. Did not buy.

I cannot say enough good things about the Pease Warehouse. I have been in the process of remodeling a kitchen and bathrooms in my home, and found them on the internet. From the moment I walked in the door the first time, they have been friendly, helpful, accomodating and supportive. They helped me match tile to cabinets, held the tile until I was ready for it, gave me help picking out countertops,and made them. They also recommened a sub contractor to install them.the staff has been helpful and friendly every step of the way.I have made at least 6 0r 7 trips back to pick-up additional items, order countertops, which they made,, and to return excess tile . I have exchanged items as well.There is always someone at the counter to greet me and offer assitance. On top of that the prices are really great! I would recommend them to anyone doing a project large or small!!!
