We were at the splash pad when Tropicool came through. Before the driver serving even started taking orders, he saw a man that seemed less fortunate, and ran him an ice cream cone on the house.Amazing shaved ice, and even better customer service!!

While I sometimes cringe at paying $3.25 for a cup of ice and syrup...I just keep going back, because its awesome! Super friendly people and so many amazing flavors! I dont know where the long wait complaints are coming from, because Im usually one of maybe 3 cars, at most. Try the pina colada and thank me later!

I LOVE this place. Amazing to go to on a hot day or just when you’re craving a snow cone. I highly recommend the layered snow cream!

Incredibly nice and extremely fast especially having 2 kiddos in the back who are NOT patient lol the flavors are great and the prices are awesome!!! My new favorite spot to go and my kids actually eat it all which is a ✔ in my book ❤❤

Tried to support Tropicool but after driving around for 15 minutes to check everywhere near the UDF parking lot as described, we just could not find the place. Called the phone number listed and no one answered. We assumed they were not open even though it was during their published business hours (Monday at ~5pm) or they might be closed permanently.
