I went here today for the first time and it was amazing! The staff there were always offering help and we’re super sweet! So many varieties of crystals too! Definitely coming back in the future.

Since I only went in there for stones that were located in the front of the store, theres still plenty of the store I want to explore. Cant wait to go back!

I love this store!! The energy is great and calming. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They keep their cool when faced with tough customers and smile though it all. I have loved every single item I have brought home and Im always eager to go back for more! The items in the store are chosen with a lot of thought and come from all over, so there is always something for everyone and in any price range too.

I love this place! I had to stop with my toddler and was worries he would try to touch everything. The lady that helped me was wonderful taking her time to help me find everything I needed. My son also did great too. I always love shopping here.

Always a lovely experience. Got some locally made ear candles and various other hippie supplies. They only allow 5 people in the shop at one time as it is rather narrow but that wasnt really an issue. You also sanitizer your hands before browsing which I think is a great practice.

The staff was really conscious of giving me space and I appreciated that. The shop is relaxing.

Ive been here a few times, I like it for the most part. The circumstances were under makes life a little more testy for everyone understandably. My last visit tho gave me a unwanted flashback from my first visit where I felt very like cornered between having a panic attack or wearing a mask properly tho this experience however involves a child. Couldnt be any older than 4. Not my child, but I definitely felt bad for her and started to almost panic for her. Do not sit there and try to get a little kid to properly wear that mask. Its cruel and unnecessary. Im saying this as respectfully as I can because I really have no room to talk since I have no relation to this child in anyway I was just a bystander but idk it made me feel sick.

Ive been shopping here since about 2013. Its a great place for many natural and metaphysical needs. It would be nice though if they did something about the smell of oregano throughout the whole shop. I find it quite unsettling. Ill bring stuff home and my car smells like oregano for hours, my soap smells like oregano, down to the end of its life. The smell of oregano almost overpowers the fragrance of the soap. If I buy something there, wherever I put it, the room will smell like oregano for days. Something needs to be done about that.

I was greeted cordially upon entering and waited on promptly once I collected the items I was looking for. Im looking forward to when I can come to just browse...so many wonderful things!

I like it here. The workers help you as much as possible. They also have things for sale online. Its a nice atmosphere. And a wide variety of things you can purchase. The covid restrictions suck but they help somewhat bc the store is small. So with a limit you get to move around more freely. We go here all the time and will continue to.

Absolutely love this store. Although it is on the smaller side, you can still get lost in this store. Actually I seem to lose at least an hour of time every time I go 😉. The owner is extremely personable and knowledgeable. This store has so many things to start you on your spiritual journey from literature to a wide range of crystals. I love this store so so so much, its my favorite local gem shop, I used to shop here a lot before covid and even after I stopped in once and had an amazing time looking, my fiance and I especially love the little older lady who offers us tea, we always make small talk with her when she is there, I cant wait to come back again soon once things calm down.

A great place to buy almost any item you need to self improve and self love. Everything about this store emits love and most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Need slight improvement on communicating when an item comes in or isn’t available, but that still doesn’t take away from the wonderful shop. Highly recommend. 🙏🏻

Daughter bought over $125 with of items at this store. One was a $30 bracelet. It broke after 2 days!! I saw the mfgr tag said it was made in 2016. I figured it was a defect from age and the plastic string that held the beads together must have dry rotted over time. We went back to the store, with all of the beads in a baggie - with the tags. All we wanted was to exchange for a new bracelet. First woman didn’t know what to do to help us, so she called another woman to come help. As soon as we said a bracelet broke, we got an immediate “we don’t replace bracelets. Your daughter should’ve received a paper when she purchased that said so.” Very rude. Very unhelpful. Poor customer service for a hippie- like nature and crystal store. I expected much more and was highly disappointed. We will not be going back.

Warm and fuzzy kind of place... they have almost anything that you could need, and will get anything else for you! I wish covid would go away so they can serve tea again

If you have asthma. Dont go there. They wont let you in without your face completely cover even with a medical condition.

Went there for Essential Oils. They have a wide variety and they are priced at a fair price. Ive also bought some gem stones in the past and they also have a wide variety priced fairly as well. Theyve got plenty of other great items aswell throughout there store.

Love this store. Even if Im not looking to buy something its great to just zen out in. Last time I was there I was even given a sample of tea for free! The staff are highly knowledgeable and can help you find whatever you want. Only downside is the parking lot is small.

They have everything that you need here. Beginning in wicca, tarotology, palm reading, etc? I suggest coming here. If youre not sure about something, just ask the woman working there. She will be happy to help you out. I have been coming here since I was about 17 years old. I am 29 now. Im definitely a loyal customer.The only 2 problems that I had with coming here is that some of the customers are a little uptight. They act as if theyve never been around black people before. They clutch their purses tight when Im in the store. Im no thief. I wish everyone there could loosen up a little. Black people that shop there are coming for the same reasons.The second issue Ive personally had is, I applied numerous times to their email list. So I can receive deals, notices, or whatever else is available. I am disappointed that everytime I come there many of times and heard people around me talking about receiving emails and deals. So, Ill ask whoever is working, ”idk why Ive never received an email from you guys, is that normal?” and have them check the list and say Im not on there and I have to apply again. Seems like theyre not really keeping up with certain people, if you get my drift. Overall I am happy with my experience coming there and hope that I can get that little email issue resolved. It seems unfair that Ive been going here for years and never can seem to catch a deal. Nevertheless, great place!!!!

First off, the staff is awesome! They are fun to talk to and be around and have great vibes (honestly, the customers do too). Plus, they have a ton of knowledge about their products. The shop is beautifully organized. It definitely feels as though youre walking into a metaphysical sanctuary. They have a wide range of products (including hand made items) and quite an expansive essential oil and crystal inventory. Whats even better is the owner travels across country and offers customers to provide her with any requests of what to look for. Overall, a really great place to go. If you havent been, you should definitely check it out!

The only --and I mean only-- critique I have for this store is how they are categorized on Google. When I first moved to the area, a witchy store was my first required find. This place has always made me feel full and satisfied spiritually. Everyone who works there is friendly and dare I say loving. The energy at Heaven and Nature can be found few other places in Central PA. 10/10 recommend.

Been visiting this shop since I was little. One of my favorite places in the area. The staff are always helpful and willing to point you in the right direction (theyve even offered complimentary tea on some of my visits). This is a welcoming space with a variety of items that you wouldnt find elsewhere. I wish them many more years of successful business.

Love this place and its employees. You can feel the good energy as soon as you walk in. So glad I found this little gem of a store. They have incense, a great selection of essential oils, pretty jewelry and thats just to name a few things. Theyre open on Sundays now for the holidays from 12-5 if Im not mistaken. I live in Pittsburgh and Maryland and this is my favorite stone store..they always have high energy stones..i recently bought a raw black tourmaline and it has worked wonders in releasing toxins and stiffness from my legs....this store is awesome and the owner has amazing energy that resonates in the products...its a must buy store..

Shout out to this place for having everything you could ever need. I bought essential oil and the lady who worked there made sure I knew how to properly use the product and where it would be most affective on the skin. They had lot more stuff here for anything you need.

This is an amazing and beautiful store that I am SO happy I discovered! Vonnie and Tammy are extremely friendly and knowledgeable (Im sure everyone else I will meet is also!), all of the items are beautiful and of very good quality, and I love the inclusion of local products. I cant wait to make my next trip!EDIT: I recently placed an online order, and one of the items had unfortunately sold in store right before I finished my order and their stock could be updated. The owner Vonnie actually took the time to call me personally to let me know that they had another shipment coming in soon and to discuss my options. Just goes to show that they really care about their customers all the way from the bottom to the top!

One of my favorite places to pass some time. The energies in this shop are most often wonderful and calming. I rarely leave empty handed as they have such a great and wide selection of items! I was there last evening to purchase a large hunk of rough calcite and ended buying a number of other items as well!I make it a point to stop in every week or so :)

The store is beautiful with lights and crystal hanging from above. It’s a great place for people just getting into this world and wanting to find out more. I took my boyfriend here because he wanted to start understanding more that the universe has to offer and we found a great starting book for him. I highly recommend this place!

I come to the Heaven and Nature store pretty frequently. There hasnt been a moment where I went in and was dissatisfied. Every time I go to this store there is always something different, I like how I am offered a glass of hot tea to relax while browsing around the store. It is just truly satisfying. Even when I dont go to buy anything and Im just having a rough day I go here just to feel better. This store haves a great effect and atmosphere, very positive and the staff always asks their customers if they need help. Any time they are helping any customer Ive noticed that they actually engage a great conversation while helping any customer, they solve any situation with a customer whether if someone comes in there for tarot cards, crystals, any kind of magical herbs. Any of the employees always engage about a good 10 minutes of their time with whomever needs help and actually listens to their customers. The customer service is outstanding. I always feel welcome when I come here and any time I bring someone with me that has not been there they feel the same way. Any product that I do happen to be drawn to in the store I notice that whatever it may be has been cleansed. They also have a good email sign up to receive messages about their specials/deals which are amazing!!!! There have been times where I would receive emails for an item thats %25 off depending on the item is. Ive been to many spiritual/cultural stores but not like this one. I have been going to Heaven and Nature for about a year now. In that time I have bought high quality candles, crystal charms for necklaces and tarot cards that I have all really enjoyed. Ive been going here for years now, but the last couple of years I no longer feel the positive energy or welcome by staff, who are no longer so knowledgeable and helpful. The good vibes are gone, and the final straw for me is my latest experience with buying a gift, which I was told I could return if it didnt fit. When I took it back I was told I could only exchange it for a gift card or merchandise. I will go to the west shore from now on. Always positive energy at Inner Connection. To Heaven and Nature Im no longer a valued soul just a $.

Ive been a regular customer of this shop for a few years now. Its a tiny little store, but it is packed from floor to ceiling (literally!) with great supplies for us New Age folks. Crystals, herbs, books, etc. The staff is always cordial and when the owner is there, shes always happy to chat. The location leaves much to be desired, but its worth the hassle of dealing with the traffic for a great little shop like this.
