Was recommended this place for my granddaughters swing. What an amazing selection and prices are even better. Very clean and well presented.

Huge selection of second hand baby stuff. We didnt attend an art class or party but the room looks nice. The lady that was working was super friendly.

I went to sell my sons baby clothes i would say 70% were unused because he got SO much he grew out of them before he could use them. So i brought them here, and they took 5 articles of clothing and gave me $12.00. They told me the rest were too worn we are extremely clean people and all the clothes i brought were in perfect or nearly perfect condition, i wouldnt sell dirty clothes. They said the ones he NEVER worn were too worn (they didnt have a tag i ripped them off when we got the clothes) they are liars and a rip off.

I took maybe 10 items to sell and they kept on forgetting expensive items I gave them to price. Only take a few items at a time, if at all. They are sketchy at best, and I will not be returning.

If I could, I would give zero stars.the employees are going to quote you a low ball amount of cash for lots of stuff. I was a first time seller there and felt like I had been robbed! They are also pricy on reselling this very stuff.I am better off holding my own garage sale. The employee who served me was also rude!

I really appreciate having a place to bring my baby items to get some cash for since I dont need them right now anyway. The owner is really nice too.

Ive been here quite a few times and have always had a good experience whether I was buying or selling. I think the prices that they offer you for your stuff is very reasonable! Their prices for clothes are also very affordable. I got most of my maternity clothes for my last pregnancy here. The place is kept decently clean, but they do sell a lot of broken toys that are missing parts wayyyy over priced. Im sorry, but a broken dinosaur toy that has a head that falls off isnt worth $10. Really side-eying that.

Definitely prefer recycled baby over once upon a child

Extremely dishonest business practices are going on here. I went in one day to look at carseats and was told they were all $45 each, except one which came with two bases, it was $60. A couple days later I called back to make sure the seat I wanted was still there before making the trip back out. I was told at that time that it was $60, at which point I recapped the previous visit. I go in to verify and was told again that it was $60. That was fine, bc of the seat, it was still a good deal. However, when I got home and saw the tag (the employee took it and checked it out before I was able to see the tag), it said carseat with extra base. I called back and asked when I could come get my extra base and was given the run around. I will not be supporting this establishment because I do not trust them in the least, and will report to the BBB for false advertising and not including all accessories advertised.

(Trying to finish up getting last minute stuff before my first baby comes and I thrift shop quite a lot so I figured since babies grow so fast I’d find some used swaddle blankets and pjs)I got 3 swaddle/receiving blankets - 2 you could tell were gently used and 1 was brand new so I’m not sure why they all were $5 per blanket. I was curious so I continued to look around the store finding a brand new pack of unopened bibs and an unopened pack of burp cloths for $6. Which is confusing how a gently used blanket is $5 but brand new 3 packs of bibs or burp clothes are a dollar more??I continued to look through the girls baby clothes & there were SO many items that had stains or broken zippers or small rips all still priced at $4 to $6 either clearly used or brand new. I ended up buying a newborn girls zip up pj onesie (again 5$ gently used), and when I got home to wash everything, I look at the onesie and the zipper is broken and the base of the one side of the zipper is ripped or cut?Obviously buying a onesie with a broken zipper is my fault for not checking since I did see other items ripped, stained, etc. But the simple fact that there are items being sold that have stains and rips at $4 to $6 along with brand new items at the same price, is ridiculous. And I can’t return the item the bottom of the receipt says “NO REFUNDS”.If you are going to shop here you should definitely check for stains, rips, holes, or tears. I’m not sure if the items they accept aren’t being looked through more diligently. Regardless, it’s disappointing to think you bought something that you thought you get use out of but hey it’s $5. I deducted 2 stars because I think the pricing is managed extremely odd, and because the quality of the items being sold does not all fall under “new or gently used”. But buying a broken onesie is my fault and I can’t blame anyone for that mistake.Hope this helps someone!

Very upset with this store. There was an item 12v Batman car that was for sale. My wife said she wants it but another woman got the item first. Not the issue. The issue is, they called my wife the next morning stating that the other person never came to pick it up. So, if you still want it the car is still available. I tell my son who is 4 that the car he wanted is there. So, I get my children in the vehicle to drive the 30 minutes away to pick up this vehicle. Get to the store and the woman in the front was on the phone for 15 minutes before acknowledging that I was standing in front of her. She said are you here to trade in clothes. I said No I am here to pick up a batman 12v that my wife has reserved. She stated umm that was sold yesterday!! I said no because my wife just got a phone call from this place stating it was still here and if we still wanted it that we could have it..The lady at front had the blank look. Saying she never made a call and maybe your wife ment to send you to another baby store. I said no I am at the right one. I call the wife and she said it was recycled baby I have the Facebook post screen shots to prove it. Then the lady changed her attitude and said well that would be a different lady who runs the Facebook page. I said sooo what does that mean.. Then my son starts crying. I looked at him and said this is why we dont lie because lying hurts peoples feelings.. Basically this place suffers from lack of communication between each other and didnt even try to make it right. I know they couldnt have given me the batman item but they could at least said Sorry or something. Just looked at me and turned around.. So, now I have a 4yr old who is heart broken. Thanks guys you truly are amazing people.. My family will not be returning for anything. Oh also I have very strong connections with people and they will hear about this and I will tell them not to go there either

Not a bad place some things are over priced

Brought in a baby gate, brand new NEVER opened baby crib set, and Minnie mouse baby shoes. She offered 30 for the gate which was okay (even though it was new) then only $10 for the $50 crib set and $20 shoes together. Wasnt happening. Their clothing is over priced and we seen stains on multiple clothes that they were trying to sell for $8.00!

Bought a beautiful dress for $10

I like to stop in here when coming to Once Upon a Child. Although their clothes here are a bit on the high side and watch for stains, etc since they dont grade their clothes as good as Once Upon a Child.

Place is a joke, kept my stuff a week. Then tried to hustle me when I finally got ahold of someone.
