This is a small Sephora store located inside of the JC Pennys. It has a section of mens colognes and womens perfumes. The bulk of the store is womens makeup. There is plenty of staff that works in this store and they were friendly. There is plenty of parking because of the host store. Great to have this one close by so that you do not need to go to Lancaster or King of Prussia.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I was there for the new rare beauty line and they helped me shade match. Thankfully one of the associates and I happened to be the same complexion.I usually avoid Sephora because the associates seem to be rude and unhelpful but this time was so different. I was pleasantly surprised!!

Even though you cant sample their products right now because of the Covid-19 the girls are very knowledgeable about their products, so at least they will honestly tell you if the product gets good reviews or not. I like that! I dont want to waste my money anytime but especially now in these troubling times.

Very poor customer service! I dislike giving bad reviews.. but I have to on this one. Ive been to plenty of Sephoras and they usually have someone willing to help you, but this is the first Sephora Ive been to that doesnt care to help their customers. All I wanted was a simple advice on a product..one lady told me to wait while she chit chatted about other things with someone and the other girl went to help someone else even though I was there first and after she was done she still ignored me as well. I was not rude and patiently waited and waited but no one care to even ask me what I needed, and it wasnt even packed that day! I almost felt the need to ask a cashier for help but I decided to leave.. they only seem to choose and pick who they want to help.

The lady working in there was super kind and helpful!

The woman who worked there who helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable she recommended some great products for my skin type

Quiet under stocked

Some of the testers were filthy and gross. Didnt have my shade in stock for several of the foundations I looked at. Many of the lip colors were also not available. Some of the shelves looked sparse and messy. Only one associate on the floor and there were several customers in the store. Poor customer service.

Had to make a simple return and the service was awful. There was no one at the registers, so I stood and waited for about 10 minutes almost.. and there was only one other customer in the store. I stopped worrying about that once someone did acknowledge me, but the person who did was rude and hasty. I already was dreading making the return. This was about the 3rd or 4th time Ive had a bad experience in this Sephora and its a shame since the only other one closest to where I live is 45 minutes away. If I could rate this 0 stars, I would.

The staff was so rude, I was trying make up and they came to ask me to not do that and I don’t have to try everything....so I tried just some of the products and left to Ulta to try the other products and buy them ....I will never return back to this store

Found what I needed

Dont carry half of the products that full size Sephoras do, and sales associates always seem rushed and annoyed.
