You get what you pay for. I cant complain nobody listen anyway. if your in a pinch and just a tool for one thing their great. I bought a hammer drill back in 2007 and it still works today so maybe cant complain because it gets the job done just not the best haha

Always picking up the latest and greatest tools and accessories. Finally picked up the apex badlands 12000 Lbs winch. This store mostly has the big sale items in stock.

I called in and asked to speak with the manager...the lady said he was there please hold a minute Ill get him.10 minutes later I hung up and called back and no one answered the phone, and I let it ring 3 full minutes!!How is that good customer service, in any world??!!Ill make the trip to Dillsburg if I ever decide to go back to Harbor Freight.

They were out of some items I needed. This store and its customers are really conscious and respectful of social distancing which I like. For as much inventory as they have, its well organized and labeled. It was my first time there and I easily found most of what I needed.

Excellent and fair return policy 90 days but best not to even attempt to abuse because the cashier employees wont let you

Its Harbor Freight, three stars for that. Cheap tools that are pretty junky, but there are certain items which are actually decent. As long as you go for those items only youll be okay. Dont even start touching any of their power tools.

Good place to get ok quality tools. They do carry some unique tools you wont find in most stores. Quality is questionable on much of it. Its all china made. That being said, most of the other labels are too. Pricing is still pretty good, but the cost difference between their inventory and better quality is narrowing. Good people though.

The absolute best place for tools, even for me, who doesnt get them very often. I needed basics like a ratchet set, motorized screwdriver, drill, etc. It was fun to pick stuff out and the sale was awesome.There is even great little items near the checkout counter for 99c and up, not much more. What fun.

I called and was a hold for 35 minutes hung up call back and got put on hold for another 15 minutes and then got hanged up on called back for the third time and the guy that answered the phone will not let me talk and hung up too.

Was there to buy a 30 5 drawer tool cart along with other things grabbed the ticket for the item took it to the cashier he scanned it and then told me they were all out of ALL of the 30 5 drawer carts but had 6 on display.

The only reason I gave them a 3, is because the verity/selection of brands on tool isnt to vast. But other than that, this place is a 5. The prices of the product is wonderful. But hey, this is what Harrisburg has to offer.

Low priced tool and hardware. It is real easy to spend money in here because of the low prices. Try looking for coupons online. You need to know what you are buying because some tools are not made well.

The people that work there are very cold and very rude. will not be going back to this one. I would rather drive a little bit extra and fo to the one on the carlisle pike. now that is a nice one with friendly people. also the parking sucks

From my experience, I like the price. But some items may not hold up as well as more expensive brands - depends on what you need. Good for a do-it-yourselfers some items not so good for commercial use. But the money you save is worth the risk trying.

My son is a senior in high school at the Dauphin County Technical School. He is pursuing Auto Mechanic as a career path. His co op employer and coworkers purchase a lot of their tools at Harbor Freight. My own coworkers also buy tools here as well.This particular location has friendly and helpful staff.Took a star off for the location itself. The parking lot is tight and for me to go home I need to make a left out of it and its nigh impossible.Other than that, its a good place to get quality stuff.Make sure to take coupons from their circulars and emails.

Tools are not the best quality, but the prices are good and there is alot of variety.

Was looking for a cordless air compressor and found one with jumper cables, USB port, worklight, and 12v outlet too!!! On sale for less than the price for what others charge for a cordless compressor alone!!! :-)

Ive been shopping at harbor freight for the last 4 years and Ive bought a few of their power tools. Their Bauer line is more than capable for home owners and even trades people. If youre worried about breaking the tools upgrade to the 2 year warranty for 11 dollars, it covers literally any damage on the tool.

Didn’t appreciate John lying to me over the phone making me drive a half hour there and then not having the thing I need then starts being smart about it and tells me to drive another 45 min to another store and just hope they have what I need. Truly not the harbor freight I’m used to seems like this guy should be working in the back not interacting with customers with that kind of attitude. We spend a lot of money here not to get treated like that.

With their coupons can get some good deals. I have a number of power tools from here that have been working well and getting good use of them. Employees are helpful to assist customers find what we are looking for.

Great selection and price on wide range of products. I have shopped here often and was fairly satisfied with the products. Caution with high price items, however, some may NOT be worth the money. Check these items carefully. I also had a bit of a hassle with a warranty recall return. They eventually made good. Not five stars but not bad for many items.

Wow this is the first time i go to Harbor Freight. Love that store. All tools reasonably priced and would get discount on coupons.

They have pretty good stuff at a bargain. The store reps are always helpful and friendly as well.

Never have the advertised products, 3 out of 3 visits, products were not available there or a store nearby, but if you pay shipping, theyll find it. Not helpful employees, especially with the 2 heavy purchases I did make last year, both items over 50 lb. And no help!!

Bought a tool box here for my garage excellent product staff courteous and knowledgeable.

Theres good deals to be found. However it seems every 3 months everything gets moved and harder to find.Replacement tips for soldering guns are non existant.

Great store, very friendly and helpful staff!I just happened to be in Harrisburg on other business and decided to swing by to pick up a few things on my way home since it was on my way.I dont know if I was just lucky, but I was in and out very quickly, this is unusual for me, Im used to their store in Lancaster that takes forever to get out of because they seem to always be understaffed.I was extremely impressed when I was having an issue with my coupon and she pulled out one of the catalogs to help me find an alternative.Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be back!

This place got every tool I can think of and some I couldnt. The people there know their stuff & friendly too. Down to earth type of people I can easily converse with for hours, if they didnt have that store to run. Highly recommended.

Great options are reasonable prices. However you do get what you pay for, quality does not match Husky, Milwaukee, etc...Love the new look of the store, since they rearranged some things. Staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Best place to buy anything analog (sorry, I wouldnt buy anything battery operated here or digital). But, if you need a log splitter, electrical grinder/drill/router this is the place for deals. Tools for occasional work around the house. Not professional grade by any stretch of the imagination.

Bought almost all of my impact stuff from here and literally use them everyday on heavy duty class vehicles and they take the beating.
