E & E was super professional and delivered promptly! Good business practices still do exist! Our regular delivery was scheduled for Monday, but we ran out of oil on a Saturday due to a malfunction and I was hard pressed to find any other oil delivery company(even the bigger ones in the Harrisburg area!) that would deliver to a non customer on a non business day (an emergency delivery). Although price was slightly higher per gallon than its bigger competitors, there was no up charge for the Saturday delivery and they only required 100 gal. minimum. Other competitors that even delivered to non customers, although offering a lower rate per gallon required a full fill AND a emergency delivery fee upwards of $150 extra. Thanks for being there for us during the cold snap E & E!!!

Great customer service old tenant before me ran oil out needed heat for house with my kids. Even tho was a busy time with massive cold spell they had fuel to me in few hours. GREAT PEOPLE. THANK YOU SO MUCH. Was able to help when 10 other companies refused to help. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

My first experience was smooth but this last one, the guy came started filling up my tank, I dont know if he wasnt paying attention or what, but he literally over filled my tank to the point where theres oil pouring into my basement, my husband called the company back out only to have the same guy come back and tell us that our furnace( that never leaked before) was the problem and needed fixed before they would deliver any more oil to my house......seriously do not use this company they are only out for their money and have no interest in the customer at all.....

Prompt Delivery - Realized we were out of oil on a Saturday morning and figured there was no way I was going to get oil today, called E&E and scheduled delivery for next 2 hours. There was a slight up charge to delivery to the West Shore but well worth it.
