Erica at Water & Co was great to work with selecting new shower walls and finishes for our shower remodel. Our priority was getting things done as quickly as possible, and she was able to work with us to find a set of surfaces we liked, in our budget, and apparently available within 2-3 days if we paid for expedited shipping.We paid the expedited shipping (about $125) and were pretty disappointed to find that the walls ended up being delivered 2-3 days later than expected, which pushed back the installation several days and necessitated me taking another day off work. They also arrived damaged (fortunately, due to the weird size of our bathroom, we had to order a size much larger than needed and our plumber just cut the damaged part off). Our shower rod also arrived bent in half and they had to send a replacement, which was initially out of stock, turning a supposedly one day installation into 3 separate days of work.I do believe that a lot of this was outside of their control, and likely affected by the holidays. But it was disappointing nonetheless and felt like we got our hopes up and paid a bit of a premium for it. Erica was great to work with though, so I would still recommend Water & Co, just perhaps not for a rushed job, which I understand isnt their usual job anyway.The new surfaces look great though! Im excited to have a fresh look in our shower, and something easier to clean and far less likely to leak than tile.

Bathroom renovations!!!! Research, read, look at completed projects, get ideas. Now where to begin? We dropped in to Water & Co. to look at products, and casually began talking with Erica Baum, Studio Manager. With no pressure she asked about our project(s). Erica shared some basic information and allowed us to browse. We returned to the store and Erica recalled talking with us. We shared ideas for our projects and some key elements that needed to be included in the finished project(s). Erica listened to all of the details that were important for our final master bath and bathroom remodels. The project was no longer a massive plan, but a plan that was designed with one specific area at a time (shower area, vanity area, toilet area, lighting area. She showed us the details of different faucet manufacturers and the pros and cons, Ericas guidance and planning down to specific plumbing options were eye opening and allowed us to design every aspect of our remodels as informed consumers. There was no pressure. She made us aware of options and if we were not interested the conversation moved on. Orders were placed and estimated delivery time dates were given. Our products arrived and were delivered 2 weeks early. Pictures will be included when the renovations are complete.

Erica Baum at Hajoca Harrisburg is the best! She helped us with products for our kitchen project and three bathroom projects. We love the way she quickly identified our tastes and guided us to make good choices for our projects. I would like to commend Erica Baum at Hajoca of Harrisburg, PA for her patience, persistence, and understanding as my wife and I were searching for brass fixtures for our bathroom. Erica went out of her way to find fixtures from different sources that would compliment our existing accessories and provided a number of options to produce the results we were looking for. I LOVE the stuff they have at Inspirations! We are building our dream home, and Darren (Harrisburg location) has hooked us up with the most beautiful but affordable, sophisticated but fun, coordinated but original pieces for our kitchen and bath. And my husband is there all the time, too, getting advice and tips on how to make it all work from the inside out, as well. Nick Irons goes the extra mile for his customers. I am just a homeowner. But Nick helped me to locate and purchase a hot water heater at Hajoca. He made sure it fit my needs and gave me the best price that I was able to find. He prepared me for the DYI installation. I understand from a friend that he was the Hajoca employee of the year a couple of years back at Harrisburg. His customer service is great!
