My mother in law bought a 30 round pool from these folk in 2008. We have paperwork that stays there is a warranty, which they are WILL honor, but our share of the warranty will end up being just about what she paid for the pool for this reason or that. When I asked about the over priced material (2 to 3 times the market price), I was told that it was specially made for them. Please keep the added cost in mind that will be coming down the road as you talk to them.

We bought our pool from them in 2007 and hot tub a year or two later. I see them every week to test pool water and keep it balanced properly. Great products and service. And best of all no pressure sales or always trying to up sell. They give you the facts and choices to make decision.

We had our pool installed in 2015. One of the kids stepped on and cracked off the pipe that comes out of the filter housing for the chlorine tablets. Alex was extremely helpful in helping me secure the correct pieces and very knowledgeable when explaining to me how to properly install the fittings etc. He even put it together for me so we would know what pieces went to what part before cementing and taping everything together. Alex, you are a HUGE asset to Valley Pools team! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

We purchased a pool last summer. The pool was completed several days ahead of schedule, despite some bad weather. Everyone who worked on the pool was friendly and courteous. Other than some minor hiccups, we had a good experience dealing with Valley.Our salesman Alex is fantastic! He was prompt, accurate, and honest with all of his answers. We had quotes from 4 different companies, yet we went with Valley solely because of Alex. If you need a pool, hes your guy.

Sales were very nice. Seemed like quality pools, but my good experience stopped there. The dude that came to survey my yard (Olin) was the total opposite. Phone follow up with him was even worse. Rude and condescending. He lost them the sale.

Everyone at Valley Pools has been very helpful and getting my pool where it needed to be. Im a relatively new pool owner and dont know a whole lot about it.

Its been one issue after another, they give you a cost and then tell you that you owe for this and that. Sale person and construction scheduler told different, ugh!!!!!! Asked for a light that changes colors and got a white light. Go somewhere else be on big headache after another.
