I have been buying equipment from Pac for three years now. Bob Cannon always sees that the installation process is quick and excellent workmanship. Bill is extremely knowledgeable in the repair of broken equipment. They will definately keep you up and running efficiently.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with concerning customer service. For MONTHS I had brought up a problem that I was having with one of their machines over charging me. I never received a refund and was treated terribly in the process.

Absolutely horrible service. We have them come in to fix a problem but they can’t fix it till the parts come in (2 weeks or so), why the heck do you people not keep these items on stalk? Horrible business owned by horrible managers. Their employees also don’t have there managers numbers so they can’t contact them on the job. I’m not kidding they told us they don’t have the numbers. These people need to re-evaluate their business.
