AT&T store in Healdsburg was extremely helpful ! I went in to upgrade my phone and I left with a better plan ( and cheaper) and the new iPhone 13.I dropped my old phone off, came back in 2 hours and my new phone was loaded with everything.Kudos to the team in Healdsburg - thanks for making it so simple!

The staff was very helpful at the store. I was going in to upgrade my phone but I wasnt sure on which one to get. They explained each phone I was curious about and on what made each one different. Even had the accessories I needed because I always want to make sure my phone is well protected. I will return whenever Im looking for a new phone again or even for a new case for my phone since I like swapping them out a lot.

The employee (Troy) seemed nice at first, but 4 days later, I went back with a problem and he claimed not to remember me or my daughter, which is unfortunate, especially in this small town where community is so important. He was extremely robotic and unfriendly. I do not recommend the store. No customer service or support. He made my daughter and I feel unwanted and unappreciated and we couldn’t wait to get out of there.
