I have worked with favorites for years. They are wonderful to work with and I feel all my gently used clothes go to a good home. It is a wonderful store with a warm and welcoming feel. It is the best.

I have loved Favorites for years!! Theres always a treasure... just for you ...waiting to be discovered. My favorite was when I visited Louise at the shop with my then 90 year old fashionable father. She greeted him, they chatted, and before I knew it he was donning a perfect deep red wool, high quality sweater vest, which he walked out wearing! He wore that beautiful sweater vest for years...13 more to be exact! You cant beat that! Thanks, Louise XXOO

I am not one to rate and review places, it is not something I ever do, but I had to this time. I was so disappointed since this store came recommended. I walked in to my appt early and wanted to let them know I was there and to ask a quick question. The woman who seemed to be in charge was chatting with a co-worker completely ignoring me. I stood there waiting as they continued their private conversation across the showroom floor (a good 5 mins). They each looked at me but never acknowledged that I was standing there. During one of the pauses I finally interrupted and excused myself and asked my question. As if I were the rude one she answered in an extremely unprofessional way. I went to waste some time since I was early, came back only to be ignored once again. When I finally interrupted them again, I was asked to wait until they could see me. I looked around then sat on the couch. After being there for almost an hour I heard my name called. I was told that they could not use any of the 16 pair of shoes I brought with me. I thanked them and left. Although I was surprised they could not use any of my shoes (I saw what they had on display) I was ok with that, ones taste is not always someone elses. But the costumer service SUCKED! I will never return, not with my things or to purchase anything. I was so disappointed!! I could not post unless I clicked on a star. I would not have clicked on any. :(
