I have always enjoyed this store..but on December 26 th, 2018, I stopped there to pick up a gift to take to a dinner party..asked the lady working if they had a box for the glass item I purchased and she explained they didnt come individually boxed..she says here I can give you some bubble wrap to put around it ! So I asked if maybe one of the empty boxs there on her back counter would work so she could gift wrap it for me..so she grabs a box ( which ending up fit perfect) I asked again about Gift wrap and was ignored when she pushed the box in my direction! A young lady walked up watched what happened and she picked up the box and handed it to me..I felt, with a look of apology ..as I walked out out saying I have never purchased anything here that I wasnt asked if I would like it gift wrapped and one of their stickers added . I dont like giving a poor review, as my Husband and I are in the retail business ourselves..but I was very disappointed in the womans attitude ! She wasnt as friendly as what Im used to receiving there ! They do still have beautiful gifts there and that why the 3 stars !
