The best cured meats to date. We discovered these guys because they had a charcuterie board at Russian River Vineyard. We came and behold, a ton of cured meats! My mother in law also raves about this place too. We bought 4 to go and served some for dinner parties and the soppressata and the chorizo is a big hit! Totally worth the $15 price tag for one!

The original owners of Seguisio opened this place. Awesome sandwiches, jams and spreads, as well as spice and seasoning. If your in Healdsburg square, definitely stop by for a bite to eat. Also, they have wines. Im not a big chardonnay guy, but theirs is quite delicious!

Definitely try one of their two meat boards. We went for their sausage trio.

Its easy. The best pizza ever, the best hamburger meat, the best pinot! Love to eat here on a regular basis but I think the word got out because it is a busy place!!!!

Top quality meat, great sausages. Steak sandwich is great, with multiple flavors throughout that dont compete with the clear flavor in the steak. Service was friendly and did a great job working with the restrictions of Covid. Ill absolutely visit again.

Hands down the finest quality meat, sausages, salumi and charcuterie you will find anywhere in Sonoma county.Their Woodfired pizzas are out of this world, along with the burgers and sandwiches.In the back, you can taste Pete Seghesios wines from his personal family vineyards.You will be impressed and you wont forget it.!

My husband and I popped into Journeyman for a quick drink before a dinner reservation. I wish we had more time when we came as all of the meats and cheeses smelled absolutely phenomenal. We opted for their wine flight and each of the wines were stellar. We are only in the area for a short amount of time but we will definitely be back for their meat and cheese selection!

Its heaven on earth. There isnt one thing here that makes it an easy decision. If someone asks, hey do you want to make a 4 hr drive for meat and wine at journeyman? Im already in the car waiting.

As good as it gets. If you dont see what you want in the case, just ask. Theyre likely to break down a large piece and cut your steak to order. We will definitely be back here.

I was on a trip out to the Sea Ranch and stumbled upon this gem in Healdsburg. It’s a cozy, family owned operation that makes incredible meats and wine. The staff is also super friendly and helpful.If you’re driving through town you have to stop here. It’s also a great place to find gifts!

When you walk into the journeyman meat company youre not really sure what to expect. In fact we almost walked out.Is has very limited seating, we were a group of six, it was pretty noisy and it wasnt really clear what we would be eating. Im a fan of tubed meat products in general, but it can be a little one dimensional for lunch.Fortunately the staff is not just behind the counter. They grabbed a hold of us pointed us in the right direction and the food blew all of our minds.In spite of the limited seating we were able to sit together and have a fantastic lunch.

Just found out that this place has been here a year already...what a hidden gem! Its a meat-lovers heaven. Dry-aged Wagyu beef, bison, you name it. Great beef jerky and the best soppressata Ive ever had.

I can’t say enough about this wonderful place other than there should be one more star reserved only for the “best of the best in all categories.” My favorite is the bacon cheese burger coupled with a bottle of the Pearl!!!

A classic example of a butcher shop located here in Healdsburg. This place brings me back to Florence, Italy and the shops in Jersey/NYC. A perfect cafe to grab a glass of wine and a sandwich or brick oven pizza and chill out. The sandwich special of the day is always delicious. Check out the display case for incredible steaks, sausages and other fine cuts of meat. The charcuterie options are fantastic too! Stay or to go options are nothing short of delicious.This is also recognized as the smallest winery in Northern California! Pete Seghesio put his winemaker knowledge and family inspiration for homemade meat and wine together for the opening of this old world gem. Grazie!

Visited Oct 22, 2018 for a late lunch. Sample Salumi board with crostini and Seghesio Zinfandel made for a great experience. Take care to select your time as there are limited seats. Consider take out and going to the nearby Healdsburg Plaza (Park) in the center of town.

It is a rare type of restaurant in Sonoma County where wine and salami tasting can be done simultaneously. We also sell raw meat such as steak. I tried drinking and eating course of 4 kinds of wine and 7-8 kinds of salami, but all are excellent! I struggled to choose a take-out (lol) Owners and couples are also very friendly, so its a place I want to visit again.
