This is a magical place. Anything you buy here will turn out to be magnificent. And the staff is wonderful.

I love-hate this place. Plants seem great, prices reasonable. Customer service horrible. No one offers to help you. Expect a long wait to check out. Seems like they cater mostly to corporate accounts; dont really care about individuals. Pretentious, too. I mean, the seed packets they sell are in Italian? Huh? Go if you dont mind Healsburg pretentious attitudes and begging people if you have a question.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Friendly environment. Had a complete walkthrough as a beginning gardener and feel confident in my winter garden. Good prices as well

Mix Garden always has a large and enticing variety of healthy starts. Their annual spring heirloom tomato collection is unsurpassed. I appreciate how hard Gerald is working these days to fulfill orders in the time of sheltering in place. I organized an order of tomatoes and lettuces effortlessly by phone. He had the order ready for me to safely drive back and pick up within hours. Even on a day when he was slammed with inquiries. Ive been coming here for years and always feel grateful to have such a great resource in our community.

Whats not to love about Mix? Amazing vegetable starts for the garden. I love the variety of heirloom tomatoes. Ive gone there for the past 3 years and have been delighted with such variety! Same with the peppers. Amazing selection.I was pissed off at Mix for a while because they dumped some sand on my truck when I bought a yard. You know, the operator was sloppy. I notice they got a new bucket and the guy that dumps the material is very expert now. All is forgiven. I love MIX.
