Completely Awful. Their business hours says 10-6pm. I drove for more that 2 hours for them to be closed by 5:15 pm.

I visited this place based on word of mouth. Very intimate setting. I arrived as he opened for the day. I intended to run in grab a few candles and leave but I was there for an hour, literally, talking to Chris, the owner. He answered ALL of my questions and then some. The prices are reasonable and he was more than patient and respectful. I traveled about 45 min and it was worth the drive.

I give 5 stars to this Botanica just because is so hard to find a place where you can find reasonable prices but there readings are top of the line all the way to the bone I been in this religion for a few years so I know about Santeria and there ceremonies are 100% Cuban. Have been to other botanicas around this are and seriously they are a disgrace to this religion they take advantage of people that are not educated in this religion this is why a lot of people this that Cuban santeria is a rip off but Im glad we have a place like this in town now .

This looks to be the Botantica of Cuba store I reviewed A well. ****Born and living in Miami half my life these stories are more than merchandise they are your neighborhood go to for advice, services and knowledge. Having one this one in Hemet is comforting. They have extensive herbs and candles for novice and the experienced, prepared items and just ask your questions and you will always find riendly and knowlegable answers. I certainly come here frequently for all my needs.
