I always have the most wonderful experience at this office from the beginning of my visit to the end. Dr. Simmons is so friendly and compassionate. The office is always clean, comfortable and has a variety of frames to choose from. Paige helped us with our visit and payment options. She is very kind and professional. I would recommend this location.

Went in for an adjustment and received good customer service. Last time I went in I got minimal attention. I won’t hesitate to come again.

Great experience. Paige was friendly and professional. Came in to get glasses for my boyfriend, he needed prisms and everywhere we went previously wanted to charge us an arm and a leg. Lenscrafters doesnt charge for prisms. Paige answered all of our questions. We were able to use his old frames and she gave us 20% off new lenses. We will be returning for any glasses needs.

Wow was this place easy. I was in for an eye exam, contact fitting, and new contacts... My appt was at 9am and I was driving away at 9:56am, less then an hour. Donnie, the Eye Tech was super professional, friendly and explained everything. The Dr was friendly and worked efficiently. Definitely a positive experience.

Wonderful customer service!! I’m new to wearing glasses & wanted a second pair of more stylish cute frames. I had to exchange two pairs that I discovered were very uncomfortable before finding the third pair I love. I went in multiple times for adjustments, and concerns… they probably all recognize me and know my name, lol!! But no matter how many times I came in with concerns, they were sweet, kind, willing to work with me and assist me, and never made me feel unwelcome or like a bother, even though I was worried I was annoying, lol. They said if I ever need adjustments just stop by. I can’t remember everyone’s names who helped me out, but I remember Paije who patiently worked with me finding the perfect frames, she was so nice. So, thank you to everyone at this store for having remarkable customer service.

Horrible quality lenses!!! Previous glasses didnt get one scratch on, with me working. Now I have a pair from here, full of scratches since March, with studying at home. And these were supposed to be scratch resistant?

The staff was professional but very cold and unsympathetic towards a situation where my glasses had broken and were fine letting my not have vision for up to a week so they can fill out a claim. Its beyond ridiculous that they arent willing to work with you and work out some type of deal to be able to resolve things.

The worst customer service experience I when in there about 2 months ago I was looking around,trying on different frames,on of the sales girl came up no greeting what so ever,she told me very coldly if Im going to try on frames to put them in one of the bins they have so they can disinfect them later,I wasn’t aware of how the disinfecting procedure was since I havent been out to an eyecare store for months,she could have said it nicely,my last visit to this location.

This place is just gross!!I went to try on some of their glasses but they were all really greasy! I mean they dont even clean the glasses for their next customers? We want to be able to try these glasses on with the confidence that we wont get any kind of illness from the germs that were left there from the last person.The employees there didnt offer any help or even seem to care about the fact that we were even there either!I wouldnt recommend trying on anything from their store until they clean their glasses!!

Walked in to buy new lenses for my eyeglasses. I was prepared to pay $200-300 for new/better lenses. I didn’t like the way they looked from my eye doctors lab. My fault, I forgot to ask for polished edges. Explained my issue to LensCrafters Hemet and a very nice lady took my glasses and asked me to have a seat. She returned 10 minutes later after having the edges of my lenses polished FOR FREE! They looked great. Said she just had the lab polish the edges real quick. Saved me $300 and didn’t ask for a thing. They earned my business, I will be back to buy some RayBan sunglasses

First time eye exam, bought distance vision pair and sunglasses with same prescription. Dr. was thorough and knowledgeable and Cheryl very helpful and made the experience enjoyable. I like my glasses; I will continue to do business at this Lenscrafters in the future.

Could not provide an acceptable receipt for flex spending account verification for glasses and lenses but they could for the exam.I was told that when I picked up prescription it would be provided but when I went to pick up I was told they were unable to. I demanded a refund and now must go elsewhere and start all over.

Had my exam in Nov 2017. Told Dr that was seeing double almost like split screen effect. He had perfect solution....I needed prisms in both lenses. Left eye had 4 prism, right 1.No insurance so couldnt fill script till March. I was so excited about the prospect of seeing everything as one instead of split. Was told of 30 day money back guarantee. Picked up my.glasses and was told that it would take take two weeks for my eyes to get used to prisms. Pretty much couldnt see for 2 weeks but kept waiting to adjust. 2.5 weeks later went back and told them...lady was very nice and started to adjust prism strength on trial glasses. Still couldnt see. She went back and got the Dr...he came out and was very frustrated and told her to take out prisms completely... They made new pair with no prisms. I can see better now but was never offered any refund on cost for prisms and I actually would have never purchased glasses knowing that double vision couldnt be fixed. The girls are nice in there but the Dr loves to push these prisms . Heard him sell two different patients prisms. Hope they worked for them. Just be careful and dont get talked into prisms unless you know for sure you need them and more so are able to see out of them. You wont get any refunds and they arent cheap.

I had the best experience recently at Hemet, Ca., LensCrafters. I had broken my very old LensCrafters glasses, and I needed glasses, and an eye exam. I got a same day appointment, and the eye doctor happened to be very familiar with my unusual eye conditions, and he added a prism to one of my lenses to help refract the light, I think. Anyway, my glasses are simply amazing. I can see perfectly all the time now, and I believe that the prism is really helping me to see more clearly.The eye exam was very thorough, and my new glasses are simply perfect. The entire staff at Hemet LensCrafters are very nice, helpful, and friendly. They have a knack for choosing frames that really suit your face, then you can choose the one you like best, and I assure you, you will love your LensCrafters glasses. LensCrafters has a wonderful selection of very fashionable designer frames. It’s really fun trying them on. If you need glasses, do check out Hemet LensCrafters. I’m very happy with mine now, and I loved my last pair too. It’s kind of like shopping for really nice clothes. Of course you look good!

I had a great experience and love my new glasses

Went in for the cheap on sale glasses and walked out with a bill of 650.00. Not blaming them really, but they have a hard sell masked as being helpful. You really need this and you really need that. The glasses werent right. The single vision sun glasses were made with something called prisms. They werent supposed to be. No wonder I couldnt see out of them. The other glasses (very expensive frames), were progressives built in to a narrow frame. The side distortion was way more noticeable because of the narrow frame but they didnt tell me that. The glasses were useless. I took everything back. They tried and tried to get me to keep the sunglasses, but I resisted this time. I bought the 169.00 frames and they talked me into the poly carbonate plastic and to stay with progressives. I did it. Well see in 2 weeks when the glasses come if they are better. The lady helping me said she made a note to the lab to make sure and dont screw them up this time. I do not recommend LensCrafters. Go somewhere else. Make sure and check the reviews first!

The Dr at the Hemet location was great. The wait for my Versace glasses took over 2 wks. My contacts came in within a week . I paid over 700$ up front, and am not happy at all . I called in today - was told by a male staff worker my glasses were delayed with no real explanation. I was told I would have them by the 20th. So we will see if I get them ???? Not Happy.

More than once I traveled over 14 hours to see Dr. Simonds, why because he was the only dr. that got my progressive rx correct and his front office staff was awesome!That is no longer the case, my last visit in mayMy Rx was so far off I had to return and was seen my dr. Zoecker the rudest Dr Ive ever had the misfortune of being seen by he also talked disrespectfully about Dr. Simonds which is totally unprofessional!Apparently it was my fault they couldnt get the glasses correct !! They wouldnt even try to fix them instead said they would just refund my money..I did find another lenscrafters that helped me finally and I can see now!My glasses cost me out of pocket around 700 for the progressives and 200 for my computer lenses so yeah I expect to be able to see our of them but neither the Dr. or the front office cared enough to help get them right, I was the problem, I should be able to see, yeah I love driving 28 round trip to cause people problems, seriously!!!I use to give this lenscrafters a 5 star rating now all I can say is find another place to go because if you have any problems they will just kick you to the curb !If I could give them a minus rating I would!!Run dont walk away from this office.

I let them mess up my glasses for 6 years. they have never made a pair in an hour and never made a pair right the first time. Dont go here unless you want to waist lots of time.

The doctor was great but the lady the does the fittings for the glasses is rude and shady. Shell rack up your price, then when your ready to leave with nothing suddenly she can do this favor abs that to drop the price. .. also couldnt get same day glasses which was the only reason we went there in the first place. Horrible expierience. Will not return.

Worst service I ever seen, my mother and I came in to get glasses because I can’t see and they refused our service when the store was empty there was no customers there at all and nobody was parked in the parking lot.

I have gotten my glasses at Lendscrafters for years. Never had a bad experience, always efficient there and I have always received good service and quality lenses and frames.

After seeing BOTH Drs and sending my glasses back 3 times the lab still messed them up! Needless to say I was done no more chances! Still waiting on my refund. Save yourself the time, frustration, and high cost, go somewhere else.
