I just want to say thank you. I came into Ulta Beauty yesterday with my daughter with no idea how to contour my face, what foundation I needed and honestly not amazing with make up. To Pedro thank you for taking the time to show and teach me and also treating my daughter who’s 10 with the same respect. I feel fabulous!
Very helpful clean and air conditioned, Id give this lovely place a 5 however their kinda expensive. They do have a remarkable inventory also.
My favorite store. I mainly order online for the convenience but once in a while it’s a treat to shop inside.

Horrible customer service, they were just gossiping and completely ignoring customers. They discriminate and an employee had the security guard follow me around the whole store and I felt so uncomfortable. I just went in for hair products for my dull hair and I came out with the most uncomfortable experience.
As a diamond member, I was treated horribly.. I walked in and wasnt greeted and just got nasty looks and I was being constantly watched and was followed by the security guard also the heavyset Hispanic manager at the front desk was extremely rude. I definitely will not be back!
There is a person working there that I dont believe belongs in the service industry...Most if the workers are OK, a few are really nice...
Did not have a good experience, I came in with my sister to pick out a cologne for my brother and the security guard kept watching us as if we were going to steal something and once we proceeded to walk towards the checkout he followed us there as well! I want to be able to shop comfortably and not have my every move watched.

They have a few things that I love, but sadly I Always feel uncomfortable with the security following me everywhere, like Im going to stills something. Easy access, plenty of parking, big store with wide collection available, no outdoor line to get in, masks recommended with legal social distancing requirements in place. Service dogs allowed.

If I can give them no stars I would. My daughter and I walked into the store and was not greeted but the women behind us was that’s rude! Then as we tried to find someone to help us the security guard keep following us like we we’re going to steal something! This Ulta is so rude and I will never go there again

Placed a curbside order online just to have it canceled because they said it was out of stock. Before driving 20miles to the next Ulta I decided to stop inside-They were fully stocked on Benefit products. They were stocked in 3 different area so this could not have been an oversight that they were out. None of there Benefit products were adequately advertised as being on sale nor or highlighted. When asked to speak to a mgr, I was told that my order was accidentally canceled after they found more product in the back and no way of notifying me. Very apparent by their inventory that it was a lie and sheer laziness to pull stock for curbside orders. As I was leaving, I over heard mgr on the phone with another customer dealing with the same issue with their order.
The employee sydney was wonderful and got in and out within 5 minutes while the other employees complained loudly of us being in the store before closing.
They need help running there store. I was told they only did curb side pickup by there security since there systems was down, so I went online to order and NOTHING was available for pickup even though it was in stock. Biggest waist of time . So I drove up to the door waiting for someone to acknowledge me as a curb side order. They closed there doors and locked them. During business hours.
Ill try another store next time. Ulta really needs to get there curb side pick up together. I waited 45 min for 2 conditioners. I called was told to park and have my ID ready and pop my trunk and wait then 40 min later. I call again and some one tells me to pull up and have my trunk open and have iD ready. Miss Could have given me an estimated wait time?? Also more specific instructions?? Even a name when I called would have helped this is why I shop at Sephora.
1st time ordering online and curb p/u.After 10/15 min wait, went inside. Two associates were standing by one register, one said be with me in a minute. There was no one in line or at a register. My product was right at the front door. ULTA, Hemet, never never never. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

The Hemet ULTA is a nice store like all of them. When they first opened the customer service was helpful and looked professional. It sure has gone down hill in that respect. They need to dress somewhat uniformed so we know who works there. Ive started purchasing on-line because I can barely get help in the store.I recently went in there and the front counter help were dressed nice in black and the make-up person had a lab coat on. Very nice change.
I went to get my eye brows waxed this morning. I had explained to the girl that they were not kept very well because I had recently gotten a bad waxing so I was growing them out. But I do have thick eye brows naturally and I like keeping them fuller with a little arch. I told her I dont wear make up (I do maybe 3 times a year) so I dont fill them in or anything and showed her a pic of what my brows normally look like. Maybe Im over reacting but I was extremely disappointed on how thin she made my brow at the end. I have a full brow then after the harsh arch she gave me its just a few hairs connected to the rest of the brow. I have never had my brows waxed that thin in the corner before. Went to get eye liner for Halloween. We were looking for the white liquid eyeliner. They didnt have any, probably because everyone using it for Halloween makeup.
I have been really busy going to work and school. I went on Sunday to pick up much needed products but since it was Sunday they closed at 6. So after work and school today, I tried making it before 9, which I did. Well when I pulled up, the associate was closing the door at 8:58. They should really honor their hours. All I needed was to get some products that I already knew where they were located. I literally stood in front of the door to see if someone would notice me but they didn’t even bother right at 9. Well I have been in customer service for 7 years and not once were we able to close the door early. I understand associates want to go home but that’s there job! Extremely frustrated. I won’t be going there anymore. Taking my business to Sephora
I went into Ulta in Hemet and had a very bad experience, was trying to shop but the security guard kept following me around making me feel so uncomfortable. My daughter had to use the restroom so I left the stuff I was going purchase with the cashier and took her to the bathroom and when I came out the security guard was right there, so I decided just to not finish my shopping and paid for the stuff that was upfront which was $200 would of spent more but was so uncomfortable with him following me around. I understand they have a job to do but when you make a customer so uncomfortable they had to leave that isn’t right will never shop at that Ulta ever again
I would normally give an Ulta a 5 star rating, I absolutely love this place, and I love that there is one in Hemet, but they are rarely ever fully stocked and my biggest problem with them is when they ask for my number for my membership I am fully aware that they know what points I can redeem or what free gifts I get for birthday and coupons because every other Ulta lets me know the minute they pull my name up, but here I legit have to tell them Hey I have this can I get it and each time I tell them they get angry over it, like the way they say, Oh you want to redeem your points as if its an inconvenience to them, I forgot that I had a birthday sample and left the store without telling the lady, came back in and asked if I could redeem it and was told Id have to make another purchase. Other than that great place to get makeup, just come handy with the memory of your membership points

I went to get my makeup done for my brother’s wedding and had an awful experience there. My appointment was at 10 and I arrived on time and was told to wait for the makeup artist. Twenty minutes went by and I was barely seated and the “makeup artist” still had to leave to get the makeup products. I showed the makeup artist a simple picture of what I wanted and trusted him. He ended up using makeup testers directly onto my face. He put so much wax on my eyebrows and put the tester eyeliner directly onto my eyelid. My makeup looked horrible and cracked. I did not see him sanitize anything. He missed a big chunk of foundation on my chin and was not color matched. My lipstick was applied sloppy. I complained to customer service and was told that I would get a call back in 2-3 days I called twice and still nothing. It has been about a week.

The workers were helpful to an extent; however, I asked if she had any face masks and she stated we should go to the Halloween store. She then stated, they don’t have many fave masks. I then discovered a whole row of facial masks. In which ultra has their own brand, I would expect them to know their own named brands. The lady also was rude saying we can’t return anything unless we sign up for rewards. Which was jarring.
I typically enjoy going to Ulta. I buy my makeup there frequently. I am a top-tier Ulta member. Today when I went in there I went to swatch some of the new Anastasia palettes and some of the new tarte palettes the new pop sugar palettes. I was followed at every turn from one side of the store to the other by the security guard. I understand that hes doing his job. However its very annoying when I myself am a Diamond Ulta member. I spent hundreds of dollars with Ulta and just because I am African-American a stereotype I was followed from one side of the store to the other. For this reason, I am only going to give this rating for Ulta only 3 stars.

It was my first time ever in an Ulta, they dont greet you or see if you need help which isnt a big deal for me as long as youre available when I do need help which they were and every employee I encountered was nice and very helpful and answered all my questions I gave the store 4 stars because I feel like they can up their customer service a little more like smile, greet, and just ask how people are doing it doesnt take much...Ashlee was my favorite shes really friendly two 👍👍for Ashlee.

Very disappointing location. I have gone here 3 separate times this week and every time they have not had what I was looking for. I had to look around 5 minutes for someone to help, for them to not even know what I was talking about. They need more knowledgeable people working here and better customer service. Im very disappointed. Being a makeup artist and having a fully booked Halloween weekend and not being able to find what I need is very stressful. Now I have to try to find the time to go out town to get what I need
I got my hair cut here and I was suppose to get it styled but the guy who did my hair was worried about himself to do what I paid for very expensive especially if they dont. Do what I paid for kept telling me about how he wished he was off and hoped for the next appt. To cancel very unprofessional I didnt even get my deep conditioning not cool

Worst salon Ive ever been to. I had just grown out my hair dye and was dye free. I wanted deep burgundy hair color and they messed up and my hair came out orange literally like a pumpkin. Then they charged me 40 more dollars to fix their mistake. In the end it still wasnt the color I wanted and payed a total of $90.
Great place to find make up. Customer service is lacking especially for people like me that know nothing about make up. Prices are insanely high, but Im told make up isnt cheap.
Honestly, if I could give this place zero stars, I would. I came in purchase a liquid foundation that I ran out of. I was in the store for almost 20 minutes before someone even acknowledged I was there in the store. One associate was helping another customer while every other associate was standing around or talking to their coworkers. I finally called over someone to help find my shade, because I couldn’t find it on the shelf. The associate told me that she would check in the back and asked to borrow the foundation that I had already bought. I said yes. 15 minutes went by and the associate was nowhere to be found. I asked another associate for help and she came back and informed me that they did not have the shade that I wanted in stock. According to the second associate that I had asked for help, the first associate had gone to break without telling me. In addition, the first associate never gave me back my purchased foundation. I had to request that the second associate go get it for me. Don’t go this location. The Temecula location has way better customer service.
This is the worst Ultra Beauty Ive ever been to.The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They gave me the run around and are too lazy to keep their shelves stocked, and will not take the time to look in the back for products. I found what I was looking for online and six dollars cheaper. Guess I dont have any excuse to go back there.
They always have what I need and that means they stay on top of their inventory. The staff Is generally pleasant and they keep the store clean and tidy. 5/5 for me.

Love the Store. Had Salon Serveces after 3 hours and 45 minutes at the cost of $244 my hair looks like Crap. The stylist come from walmart. If your going to charge those prices have experience stylist. NEVER WILL I GO TO THE SALON. I showed a picture and it looks nothing like. I thought with Christmas i would spend the money and get a nice hair style.

I went to get my hair done with Jessica I paid $213.00 dollars and I didn’t like how it came out I tried to call ulta and the guy who works at the hair salon made me an appointment for Wednesday at 3 I got there and Jessica left at 3 when he told me she was going to be there. They’re very unprofessional ridiculous over price and nobody’s care. Save your money and don’t go to ulta bad place and bad experience

I managed to spend over an hour in this store without one sales associate even acknowledging me. Usually Ultas customer service is on it, but these ladies spent the whole time talking to one another and indiscreetly checking their phones. Not great. The store itself was clean and well stocked, notably the NYX section which tends to be in bad shape in other Ultas.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I am a loyal customer at Ulta so when I found out they were opening one here in Hemet I was ecstatic! But I should have known (its Hemet) I have NEVER been to an Ulta store and not get greeted as soon as I walk in the door. I sware I shop here almost every week and the ladies working here NEVER smileeeee!! I can literally be walking around w/o any associate coming up to me and asking if I need help the first time I walked in here one of the girls gave my sister and I a dirty look and we wondered why the hell she was even working there if she didnt like her job!? Any who Ulta is amazing!!!! its just some of the employees are not well mannered.

No wonder why people choose to shop only and companies like Amazon because you just cant get good service in the store and to think someone who would call themselves looking down at a 26 year old house owner who works for the federal government and owned her own property and business. Bad customer service ..i went in .I needed help but one of the sales persons was to busy talking on her phone ....she ignored me the whole time I was close to her. Didnt even ask if I needed help. She later came to me if I needed help I told her I wanted to try on a lipstick nd then she told me I had to ask the manager if I can try it out???then i asked if she can give me a free sample and said no ? Then just left ..Horrible service and Ive been too alot of ultas.
If I could choose no stars I would. I arrived at ulta at exactly 9:32 PM this evening and was met at the door by two women who proceeded to tell me that they were closed. when I replied your website says youre open till 10 PM. one of the girls decided she knew my brain better and that I must be illiterate because she said no, it says 9. And then turned around and walked to her car as if I was in between her and a destiny of immaculate proportion. Im sorry but I have two eyes and I can read and it does say you close at 10 PM at your Hemet location. I havent even stepped foot inside your store yet and already your customer service has bombed immensely. I dont know who these two ladies were that was working the late shift on February 25 at 9:30 PM, but they were rude, unkind, unapologetic and have no business in the customer service industry. You should not be allowed around people, your customer service is abysmal and because of you too I will never set foot in your store at the Hemet location. Congratulations you have lost one hell of a loyal customer with much money burning a hole in her pocket.

The website says the hemet store is open from 10am to 10pm for Friday hours. Got to ULTA at 9:00pm and the doors are locked. Please update your websites as you had multiple customers walk away thinking you were open til 10pm!

CORISSA WAS SO RUDE, she merge my accounts without ever asking if I was okay with it and didn’t bother to check if I had points and when I asked her to add my points she reported that I didn’t have any and that she “checked” both accounts, I told her that the one of the accounts never had points when I showed her it says I do she kept saying I was incorrect and it’s not showing any points .. not only that she REFUSED to call for backup, never had horrible service until today !!!
