The coolest stuff ever, hands down cool displays as well they have everything you need come on down to the Hemet location off of Sanderson and Stetson, its in the same parking lot at Sonic burger

This store has EVERYTHING and the staff was very polite ! It was set up with little spooky stations that were pretty cool !! Love this store !!!!

I went there looking for pet costumes. They didnt have any. But the store was clean and organized, which I can appreciate. The staff was friendly and offered their assistance, which was also very nice. On the day before Halloween, I expected chaos, but they where very organized.

Terrible customer service. They follow customers around as if theyre all theives. After repeatedly being asked if i was finished to pay, no one was around when i was finally ready to check out.

Cool place. Plenty of help and lots of costumes to choose from. Yes they have fitting rooms. They have everything you need in one little place. They also have props, decorations, lighting and accessories. Pricing was ok on some items while others were expensive.Not too packed.

After having a frustrating experience while ordering online with another company, well ahead of time; & almost losing hope, I was able to go to Halloween Spirit, last minute & find the exact costume my two year old chose on his very own! Yayyy! Thank you, Halloween Spirit Store!! I shouldve went into your store in the first place! I will definitely be returning next year!

Have lots of costumes but need more mechanical stuff

A crazy place with a huge selection. My grandsons and I always enjoy visiting here to not only find their costumes but to see all the fun things in the store. A little pricey so thats why the 4 stars.

Terrible customer service. Halloween is the biggest holiday for our family. We go all out with costumes, props, decor every year. My older son (15) saves up all his money all year to spend on Halloween decor and was excited to spend all his money again in a Spirit store this year. I buy all my five children costumes from these stores every year, including new decor and large animatronics. Weve had great experiences in stores throughout San Diego and Riverside county until this year. The Hemet store is horrible. The first time we came in to shop, my son was the purchaser with $250 to spend. Because the store had no public bathroom, I left him to shop to go next door to use the restroom. The manager(?) then kicked my 15yr old son out of the store because she wasnt his babysitter during the 15mins I was gone. The second visit when we decided to try again, to get the things he wanted to purchase and I was returning to purchase four costumes and two animintronics. Two kids were shopping (15 and 13) for what they wanted and decided on a few items, of which they were playing with in the store while my other younger two chose their costumes with me. It was at this point the same manager came up to me to tell me my kids were making a mess in her store because they were playing with the swords, that they cant play with the merchandise (that they were planning to buy), and that weve been here several times and just make a mess. What? This was our second visit and had planned to purchase about $400 in costumes and decor and were almost ready to check out when approached, and publically shamed quite loudly by this grouch of a lady. While I understand kids might play and try out things in a halloween store, this lady is obviously not interested in customer service or sales whatsoever. Had the kids damaged anything I was more than willing to purchase any other items, but they were just being regular kids, excited to be in a halloween store where they were not only buying things for themselves, but I was as well. We returned our costumes to to counter, the swords and shields, and I didnt even bother to ask for the two animitronics I came in for. Will either buy online or another Spirit store for our planned purchases. This store really takes the fun out of Halloween. Never had a problem with Spirit Halloween, we will take our business elsewhere. I hope their shelves stay pristine as theyd like with no children, and no happy faces. And make sure you use the bathroom before you visit as they dont have one.

So it is right now 8:35pm and when I went to your store at 8pm I was told by a worker you guys were closed when clearly on here it says you are open until 9pm. My family and I left peacefully after being snarked at rudely starred at by you employee. I will not be returning to this store in this location because your employee who is a she by the way just stood there watching us from the door with a dirty look on her face watched us leave and didnt move from the door until we completely drove away. Very unprofessional and uncomforitable. I will be calling tomorrow to file a complaint because that was very unsettling concidering I had my infant and toddler with us.I cant speak for all the staff but if someone asked me about this location store I would tell them to go somewhere else because you guys dont hire people oriented employees.
