The owner came out and took measurements for an estimate. Going on 3 weeks now and never got back to me with a quote. I called at the end of the first week to remind him. The woman on the other end said he would give me a call. Never received one. Understand being busy, but really its just an estimate for now. Oh well. I guess that my flooring wasnt important enough for whatever the cost was going to be. Thanks for nothing.

I was very pleased with the workmanship by the contractors. I was a bit surprised that the owner (Jeff) never came out to check out the job. I would think he would want to make sure the job was done correctly and that the customer was happy. I have worked in customer service for many years and there should always be followup. Just a suggestion.

We used this company for our CA house. Great customer service. Prices cant be beat. If you find tile somewhere else let them know and theyll match it! Tile and granite look amazing. Very fast installation. Tile setters were friendly and cleaned up everyday. VERY HAPPY with this company!
