Had a great experience. The employees were all super kind & patient. Especially the guy taking orders outside who accommodated my crazy order. I typically dont frequent this establishment because of the lines but there was hardly one & my food came out amazing.

Crowded and busy on this visit but the service was timely and efficient. No complaints here. And the food is good!

This store has a line through out the day. The kitchen is small because of when it was built & the drive through window is in the back, not the side. Suggest walking in.

The food is always delicious and well worth the wait. Everyone is courteous as always. Enjoyed our meals with the family, which included my dogs when I get them the scoobie snacks (plain unsalted patties).

Drive thru was packed so I decided to go in and service was fast and easy cashier was polite service of food was fast I go my food within 12 minutes restaurant was clean bathroom was clean live on and out burger

Arrived at rest 12:45 patiently waiting my turn in a long line of at least 20 25 cars all the down the main street by the time I reached the order menu they CLOSED!!! without letting anyone know waiting in line all that time they could not order? 45-1hr could not even get out of drive through @ window female employees looked at me waved her hand as she took cups for one of the holders and turned around and walked away bad customer service unacceptable behavior very very disappointed definitely needs to be adressed.so angry now

My burger had hair in it. Absolutely disgusting! Only in Hemet. Dont go here! Ive been to dozens of In n outs in 3 states, this In n out does not care about quality or food safety! Stay away if you know whats good for you!

My advice is not to spend time in the drive thru line, park close by and walk into the restaurant, and order your food. This will take less time and waste less gas. Great food but waiting 30 mins to an hour is silly.

Drive thru service pretty quick on a Thursday afternoon. Our double-doubles, ordered well done, came out just right, fries were a little dry. Friendly service for sure.

Always good, I try to wait a few months in between, so it tastes super good when I do go there.

Food wasnt as good as usual. Fries werent real fresh and my bun was sooooo soggy it disintegrated. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

Four stars because of the fries, not that good. However the line may look long but you have your meal and on your way in a short amount of time. Thats just the plain fries btw. The burgers are awesome.

We have been patrons of this location for many years. Always excellent service. But one star shines so bright, I wish I could open my own restaurant just so she could run it! Customer service is second to none! She is always Kind,and incredibly accurate. Functions as one with the store. Like a musician playing a masterpiece! She could probably run that place blindfolded!Not every day you see an employee somewhere seem to absolutely LOVE their job. But Ive been lucky enough to see it over the years!Heres to Jillian. I hope they appreciate you there as much as our whole family does! As I love to give credit where credit is due!

I give it 5 stars because of the reading programs they have with our local library. For every 5 books a kid reads, they can receive a free cheese, or hamburger.My personal opinion us that In N Out is the most over ratted burger in So. Cal. The fries are gross too. Good milk shakes though.

Fast friendly service with obvious attention too cleanliness. Covid precautions are well organized. Food is consistently good, and there is a constant line of cars, but service is fast and food is good.

After a long days work in Idyllwild, I was pleased to see that glowing In-N-Out sign @ 1:30am. It was a must do cheeseburger dinner. All I can say is mmmmmmmmm. Everything was hot and fries were cooked to a perfect Banana yellow. And the Xtra Large Vannillia Shake, (Totaly Satisfied)

Ordered 3 meals, all fries were cold. And to top it off my cheese burger was missing the patty

Surprisingly the drive thru was relatively short for a Saturday evening. The food was great as usual.

Poor Cleaning, No napkins, Ketchup dispenser were empty, Fries were burnt. Burgers were fine.

California is expensive for those of us visiting from the Midwest. But In-N-Out breaks that mold! The food is okay, but better than McDonalds. Affordable, quick food at an easy-to-find, convenient location.

Fast service, friendly staff. Food speaks for itself. I do wish they would keep the pan handlers out of the drive thru though.

I did not have a problem with In-N-Out I just had a big issue with the In-N-Out in Hemet I will never return to that Hemet in and out again.

As crowded as it gets here, they process the ordering quickly. Staff is courteous.

Even during covid-19 from initially not wearing mask to wearing mask and even in the cold or summer they started the thing wherein someone is in-charged in helping out people doing the drive through even before reaching the menu board. Very nice but the traffic is really something.

Best burger in the U.S! Never frozen beef patties. French fries made from whole potatoes at each store. Always well staffed with polite, courteous employees. Cant beat them! And dont forget the off menu items. Animal fries are good but try the just cheese fries sometime.
