First I want to acknowledge the care, warmth and professionalism experienced at this visit by both Assistant Sales Manager Danielle Clark and Sales Consultant Nedji Jean-Claude. They helped me find my Nissan Rogue, had it brought to the Hempstead location, made sure my Insurance company and the bank secured my paperwork the same day, and had the vehicle ready with my original license plates attached, when my daughter Zorana and I returned from the bank. When I questioned a notation found on a VIN site, they reviewed it and made me feel secure about my purchase. They are the only dealership I trust, and my search included Nassau, Suffolk and Queens counties. There was an enormous selection of makes models and colors to pick from or they have access too. Everyone was extremely pleasant with no pressure. There is absolutely no haggling with price. The condition was what you would expect from an almost 2 year old rental car. For the first time in 50 years I did not leave a car dealership feeling I just had a double root canal.

I was helped by Nedji Jean-Claude at the Hempstead location. I wasn’t sure what I wanted but I knew I needed an AWD SUV. Nedji showed me all of my options in my price range. She was so patient as I test drove about 4 cars, I felt no pressure or awkwardness, like I usually do with car salespeople. I decided on a 2019 Nisan Rouge. When we found out the one I wanted was actually sold 10 mins after I made my decision!!! Nedji went straight to work and called about 3 other locations to get me the same exact rouge. She found one with about the same mileage at the Larchmont location and she drove all the way there in rush hour traffic to get it for me. Anyone else would have told me to come back the next day and the car would be there for me but Nedji went above and beyond for me! It was honestly the BEST experience I’ve ever had buying a car. I love my Rouge and thanks to Nedji’s hard work I was able to get the exact one I wanted! The most frustrating thing for me when buying a car from a dealer isthe back and forth about price, no haggle price from Enterprise car sales on Hempstead Long Island was a better deal for me, the price was reasonable as compare to other dealers, there was no extra fees like delivery, tires, floor mats and other non sense fees dealers charge. Levar Morgan the salesman was not pushy, was very professional and knowledgeable, asked the right questions, made good eye contact, listen to what I had to say and did not talk over me, he was very patient and build a good rapport with me, also very straightforward and offered services that I need. The paper work process could be less lengthy, they should have a more comfortable waiting area and clean the car better before delivery, one negative note is the manager never came out to say hello, but overall I had a good experience, the car was delivered on time.

Mr. Gavin is the best salesman. No games, pressure or nonsense selling. He will go above and beyond for his customers. And that was the MAIN REASON I went back for an upgrade.

By far the best car buying experience!!!!Tom is the best, he worked with me and understood what I was looking for. He made sure I was able to get EXACTLY what I wanted.Vito was great to work with as well and answered all of the questions I had even after I drove off of the lot.Honestly the entire staff is great! Need a great place to buy a car and not feel pressured like other places then come here. My sales rep was Danielle whos wonderful, calm and anything you can ask for in a great sales rep. Before you walk into the place you are greeted so warmly. While waiting and doing paperwork all associates say hi ask if you need anything. They feel like family and treat you wonderfully!! Cant thank Danielle and everything one else enough. 😍

My wifes car was on its last leg so we decided to stop at Enterprise to find a new vehicleWe saw a number of SUV that we were interested in and they allowed us to view/drive whatever we likedThe entire staff was very pleasant but I have to give exta KUDOS to Rashad, we spent over 3 hours purchasing our vehicle (mostly due to issues on our side) and he was extremely pleasant and knowledgable. He gave us the pros and cons on each vehicle and we are very happy with our purchaseI would definitely recommend this location in the future

I am not a car person, never obsessed about owning a particular car and do no look forward to having to replace one because I dread the entire car buying experience. Buying from Enterprise really changed my outlook. Our salesman, Tom, was was very professional, courteous and patient. Would definitely go back.

A different used car buying experience. They dont work on commission, so no high pressure sales. No unexpected fees. And an option to return your purchase within 7 days or 1000 miles. If you buy another car from then, no penalty. If you dont, only a $200 restocking fee.

Excellent group of people. Xavaier and Tom where able to get me a car I am proud to own. Service was professional and friendly from start to finish. Only small note my vehicle oil is at 60% meaning its due for a change, hopefully that can be resolved. Still five stars all the way. If you need a car see these guys before any dealer, they will help you out asap!

I was extremely impressed with the upmost respect and sense of professionalism from the dealer staff at Enterprise Car Sales on N. Franklin Street. They made me feel important to them in terms of my buying needs; they treated me in a proper way that the other car dealers couldnt.

After a month of endless shopping around for a car, my husband and I accidentally found ourselves at this location and we were pleasantly surprised. Gavin is a really great salesman, he made my experience really quick and easy. I’ve had a terrible week with my car situation and he called me promptly after I inquired about a test drive via the enterprise website. The payments are going to suck so bad, which has nothing to do Enterprise, and everything to do with my own credit (TMI) but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Very professional and patient (especially with having to deal with my father there, but that’s a whole other story lol). My long winded point is Gavin is the best and I’m glad he was my salesman who helped me ascertain my new car.

Just bought my third car from Xavier at Enterprise. Cannot say enough about the experience. There was no haggling about the price, I received a very fair amount for the car I traded in, and both the salesman and the sales manager were pleasant to work with.
