Scheduled Monday. Didnt show up. Was told two days in a row theyd be calling me with an eta. Never happened. Dont waste your time with this negligent company. :)

Used them when a tree branch went thru my back glass thru the insurance ..didnt have any issues that time around pretty basic job asked if he could help with the deductable he said no way..okay whatever.. recently another window broke small stationary one in the back hard to find..tell the insurance Ill use them..call him ask him to look around and get back to me a couple days later I call he says oh yeah maybe be here Tuesday blah blah blah try to ask questions hes super short with me and basically hangs up on me ..says I gotta go bye ... Now I understand its not a huge job but customer service is everything and I would of used them again in the future and recommended them. I call starlite in Holbrook not only does the guy stay on the phone with me and give me as much information as he can but he offers to temporarily cover the hole that is now in my car where the window used to be which I had already done but also he is going to eat my deductible and its not going to cost me anything now.. that is why I wont bring my business here ever again

Had a great experience with Phoenix Auto Glass. The sweet receptionist explained the process and I paid over the phone. I work nights so when I explained to the technician I would be unavailable during the installation he made me feel very comfortable not having to physically be there while the repair is done. They came to my home and my only request was the installation be completed before I leave for work and it was done! Great customer service and done in a timely fashion will definitely use them again if need be.

This is the 2nd time I used Phoenix Auto Glass, both times they showed up at my job, they were on time neat and professional. I would reccomend them to anyone

Im very happy with the service and care I received from this company. Everything was very painless. The insurance company recommended Phoenix. The woman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and had my windshield replaced first thing the next morning. The technicians even taught me how to put my wipers in valet. Great experience all around!
