What a terrible experience. I purchased a chest of drawers for my daughter yesterday. All of their furniture required assembly. I thought this wouldnt be a problem because I am very handy. The furniture is made of cheap pressed wood and low quality hardware. I followed the directions to the t and had nothing but problems because of the low quality. The pressed wood disintegrated immediately and the cheap screws all stripped. I was extremely unsatisfied with the product so I called and asked for a possible exchange and the told me NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES!! what place doesnt have returns of exchanges!!! So once you are out the door you are on your own so BUYER BEWARE!. I will definitely not be returning.

We are very happy with the quality of our purchase. Some have complained about no sales person being around, I honestly welcome that experience, it allows me to browse freely without feeling like someone is hovering around, when I needed help I simply asked and they were there. Thank you.

This store is ok.. the furniture is kind of pricey for the quality.. my husband bought me my slegh bed here. Its beautiful and Ive had it a few years now. However, We bought a bedroom set here that only lasted about a year before the bottom of the drawers started falling out and the fake wood bubbled and peeled off the surface.6/19/18: I received a message about this review from Jim B. He stated that the furniture from Furn-A-Kit has a warranty. Because we were told otherwise from an employee that is no longer in the store, we wound up getting rid of the furniture. Mr B was very nice and apologized for the issues we had. We visited the store this past week with our daughter in law who is looking to buy a bedroom set. The sales person was very helpful. Now that we know there is a warranty on all furniture, we feel confident enough to give it another try. I appreciate the fact that I was contacted. Mr B obviously cares about the store and was genuinely concerned that I had a bad experience, and has offered to help us along with our next purchase. Thank you Mr B. Its nice to see that some store owners do care about the customers and stand by the products they sell.

I love Furn A Kit, the best furniture value Ive seen. Ive bought there many times over the last 10 years and have always been very happy with the product and the people. Everyone that has ever helped me has been so nice.

Good for put-together furniture with a good selection, you buy the piece and then go to loading bay for pickup. Somewhat like IKEA without the crowds and didtance. Employee H was helpful and not pushy.

Nice desk no models of couches to see. Sales guys never asked me if I needed help looking for anything too busy on their phones to care

Came in to look around for a bed for my son and 2 mattresses.walked around for 30 mins and not a single sales person in sight. There was one man at a desk on the phone the whole time and thats it. Took my business elsewhere. Its a shame though.

Poor quality furniture and after you but theres NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES!!! So if you have a problem with the furniture you are out of luck. The 5 year warranty through the manufacturer is a joke. Go elsewhere!
