0 Stars - Called this dealership on a Fri evening in regards to a vehicle they had listed for sale. I was told the vehicle was still available and they would contact me, the following day, on Sat.On Saturday they did call to let me know the vehicle was still available, but they would be closing early and i would have to come Monday.I said i would be there 1st thing Mon Morning, when they open at 10 am, and i was assured that the vehicle would be held for me.At this time i tried to give a deposit on the vehicle but they would not take one, Very odd.Monday morning comes, I get to my moms house, grab coffee, jump in her car and hit the road. 1.5 hr drive to Eagle Auto Sales.Upon arriving at Eagle Auto Sales, 10:20 am, (20 min after they open).I see the vehicle i spoke on the phone to the sales person multiple times is sitting out front, so i walk into the office.I say who i am, and the vehicle i am here to see, and this is when i am told that the vehicle is already sold.......I am writing this review so that If like me you have a long drive,DONT WAIST YOUR TIME!!!!This dealership will lie on the phone to get you in, and that is not the place you want to buy a car from. I am now happy that i did not purchase the vehicle as im sure it would have had hidden problems, that a dishonest sales person would have not disclosed.I hope you read this review before calling this place.

Alan is always straightforward about what needs to be done (and what doesnt need to be fixed) on my car. All of the guys here do solid work and fairly priced. Its important to have a shop you can trust. I have brought my car here many times and usually a quick turnaround too.

Attempted to look at a car. No one was around. Went into the office there were customers but once again no employee in the office. Called let them know we were here and the car we wanted to look at. We were told they would be out and waited another 10 mins and left.

ZERO STARSStay far away from here. Gleason (sales) is very dishonest. He does not keep his end of the deal. He lied about the condition of the car and sold us a car that is non-fixable. He does not return phone calls.Stay away from him!

The only reason they get 1 star is because the car was in good shape. We bought the car and after we picked it up the same day there was a problem with the car over heating and had to put coolant in the car. We brought it back and they kept it for 2 days and told me they replace the water pump and fixed the problem. We got on the highway 2 weeks later and the car is still over heating. They never gave me any paperwork on what was fixed because i wasnt paying for it. Needless to say we are now replacing the water pump and timing belt because they fixed it enough to get pass the 30 days lemon law. Now the cost is on me. Yeah definitely wouldnt recommend these guys.

Eagle Auto Sale was fantastic to do business with. We traveled from CT, something we normally wouldn’t do because we buy local. With much apprehension we went there because he had an Audi that I was looking for, color and model PLUS. We met with Gleison and we have no regrets. It was the best car buying experience by far. Better than our experience with the locals in CT. He was honest, straightforward and we had a flawless transaction. We had a wonderful experience, no pressure or shady business practice and everything that he promised he would fixed on the car, was addressed in time for delivery. I highly recommend the company and definitely working with Clay. To drive my point home, a few weeks later after our purchase, we got a packet in the mail. To our pleasant surprise, he mailed us a second set of an original OEM key fob for our Audi which we didn’t know was available. He mailed it at his cost which he didn’t have to do nor would we have ever known it existed if he decided to keep it and not mail it. I would do business again with them as long as Clay is running the business and they continue to exercise integrity and honesty which are the two most important things for my husband and I when doing business. Eagle Auto exceeded our expectations. 5* For sure!

I’ve been looking for a used car for quite awhile and was so happy to find this place!. The owner was very helpful and honest about the vehicles I was interested in. My wife and I picked up a beautiful 2007 VW Beetle at a price you couldn’t beat on a Sunday at that! Great guy nice place didn’t get that car salesman feeling from this place if you know what I mean...Three weeks laterAfter buying the car the owner left his dealer plate on the car begging me to mail it back overnight to him costing me 30 bucks that he has completely ignored and never paid me after telling me he would. On top of that the car wouldn’t pass inspection because the back break calipers were seized up like I mentioned to him at the dealership he reassured me that the sound I was hearing was just dirt on the rotors from the car setting that was not the case at all he never looked at this car before he sold it only thing he did was buff it up. We’ve got an ongoing list of problems that were slowly taking care of and I’ve gotten no response from the owner of this dealership and he ripped me off 30 Bucks Terrible Place to buy a car. I will never go there again he’s after your money not your business I don’t see too many repeat customers with this guy. Think twice👍 If he can’t afford to pay me back 30 bucks how cheap is he with his cars???? I know I’m finding out fast.

I went there and saw a car in this place the next day I call him to come pick it up and he tells me he is fixing a problem so I’m like ok I come the next day, we agree on the price and he says he has no title on hand. He tells me Thursday Friday and never calls to tell me if he has it or not, and I call him and he says Monday Tuesday. Today is Wednesday and he still don’t have the title. He is untrustworthy and wouldn’t recommend going there. Careful when going to that place. If I could put negative stars I would but unfortunately lowest I can do is one star.

I recently bought a 1998 Subaru Forester from these guys to drive cross country. Luckily I bought it because I trusted the car not the dealer. When I inquired about warranty they said no warranty but guaranteed to pass inspection. False. Before I could get it to the shop to have it inspected, the check engine light came on for Evap/emissions and after some troubleshooting I still couldn’t find the source. Luckily the car is 20 years old and isn’t required to pass an emissions test, so I disconnected the battery and had it inspected. Not what I had in mind when he told me “guaranteed to pass.” Sure enough after 5 key cycles the check engine light came back on. After a while I noticed the smell of exhaust when the car would idle. This morning I started the car in the cold and looked underneath to find every single exhaust connection was leaking, as well as the catalytic converter. Fortunately for me an exhaust isn’t the biggest vehicle killer, but it makes me wonder about the timing belt that supposedly got replaced.. At the time I felt I got the car at a decent price and I trust it simply because of what it is, but make no mistake, it was some shady business on their part. If you buy a car from these guys I would bring a mechanic or someone knowledgeable and make sure you start the car at least 5 times before trusting that it has no check engine light.

I have purchased two pre-owned cars from Alan at Eagle Auto Sales and both times Ive been happy with the price and the customer service. Used cars need occasional repairs and Ive brought mine back to Alan for those because I trust him. He is very knowledgeable and I feel comfortable with the service and the price. Im very pleased with my experiences at Eagle Auto Sales.

Opened late, for financing he will send you to a smaller dealership off of water st in quincy, they werent even open, and even though I was going to use my car as a trade in he told me I would have to leave a $200 cash deposit?? When buying a car from someone I dont feel like you should have to drive back and forth between 2 town and I have NEVER heard of leaving a cash when using over $2000.00 trade in. The whole experience was just frusterating. Decided to go somewhere that the sales people actually try to sell you the vehicle you want and not make you do all the work

The worst buying experience I have ever had! Live in NY, bought a used car from this dealer in Aug 2017, went to bring car home to NY within 3 days of purchase, car broke down on highway 100 miles from lot! Had to have towed to an auto repair shop off highway. Diagnostic and repairs not covered by extended warranty that was purchased separately through dealer. Towed car back to dealer, who agreed to cancel sale and refund monies in full. Two months later, still NOT refunded in full! Fighting for balance of original purchase price and monies paid for the extended warranty, that dealer owes! Says one thing, then renegs and says something else! My experience is they are not trustworthy, does not follow thru with what he promises. Would not recommend to anyone anywhere! Horrible experience, advise you stay away from this one! D from NY UPDATE 10-27-17: DEALER COMPLETED REFUND, ALL GOOD NOW...

Bought a 2005.5 Audi A4 said it was guaranteed to pass inspection. Had a locked seatbelt there’s a problem with the pedal sensor bucks a lot when it bucks in first it throws you out of your seat, has emissions code but no check engine light on, a month later still hasn’t been able to pass inspection look car over very well before buying here

2 stars not the worst dealership Ive dealt with. Cheap prices but you have to fix things to pass inspection (and fix leaks) on a car that was guaranteed to pass inspection. Maybe he needs a new mechanic? Anyway be wary of this place.
