Customer service was great Mike was very helpful and patient in helping me choose frames. I have a small face so it was kind of hard finding something I was happy with but we managed to choose two frames I really liked.And the eye doctor was very thorough and I was thinking about getting contacts as well and he helped me to analyze if I needed them now and reassured me that I can always get them at a later time. So they didn’t pressure me into buying their products I was also able to get a discount on top of their promotion.

Doctor Silverman was extremely customer-focused, professional and knowledgeable. Jeanna, was very patient and showed me the different types of frames after my eye examination. When I had some concerns Mike was very personable and immediately solved all issues in a timely manner.

The staff at lenscrafters went above and beyond for me after Davis Vision destroyed my glasses two days before my trip. Lenscrafters tried their best to fix my broken glasses, and when that wasnt working out they replaced the lenses with a temporary set to get me through my vacation. They ordered the proper lens and offered me a new set of frames for free. I cannot say enough amazing things about the staff and manager at lenscrafters, they are lifesavers!

I love this place! I purchased two pairs of reading glasses and needed different distances for my monitor at work. I picked them up yesterday and they are both just perfect. Ive never had anyone offer to adjust for my monitor which is further than most and higher due to neck issues. Thanks ladies you are the best!!

I picked up glasses last night and my son broke then an hour after getting then I went in and within ten minutes they replaced then at no charge and were so nice definitely going back every year.

Dr. Silverman was the kindest and most intelligent optometrist I’ve ever been to. He didn’t rush me out or pressure me to buy anything until I was comfortable with my prescription. I felt like I could actually ask questions. Katherine at the front desk was amazing as well. She made the whole process flow with ease.

I use to go to Bay Shore mall for lens crafters unfortunately they closed and location moved further but it is always a pleasure to see Dr. Pacheco for my eye exam.

Everyone was very nice, but the lead time getting your glasses is terrible. If I had known I’d be waiting two weeks for my daughters glasses I would’ve never went there. We have never had to wait longer than a week for glasses at the place we used prior. Unfortunately when it’s for a child, this is a deal breaker.

Its about time that I finally write a well-deserved glowing review for this Lenscrafter branch store, in Holbrook, New York. My husband had been going here for 35 years and I have been going here for 30 years now. The staff here is wonderful, especially Jasmine, my favorite salesperson here. They do a great job in helping with selections, and there are almost always juicy 40% discounts on lenses, maybe even always, every time we have gone there anyway. There is a very large selection. The quality of the workmanship is terrific, too. The prices are good, even though they went up, everything during the Covid pandemic has gone up. I love my new prescription Versace eyeglasses. Anyway, check them out soon; you will not be disappointed. A great store and the one I went to in Massachusetts several ago was wonderful, too.

I cannot recommend this lens crafters enough. The Dr, staff, and lens crafter women are so beyond kind and helpful. I have been a frequent flyer for years now and I literally travel home to where my parents live just to be giving my business to this location, thats how amazing they are. I cant thank them enough for how well theyve treated me each time I go, i leave with a smile and know there are still great people working great jobs in this world. thank you for being one of them.

Appreciated that I wasnt pressured into buying glasses in the store, as I just needed a new prescription. Everyone in store was taking COVID-19 precautions seriously and I didnt feel worried.

Cannot say enough about the excellent service we received. After my sons glasses were broke in an auto accident, they were able to get my son into a new pair of glasses within a half hour on Christmas Eve at a reasonable price. Brendan and staff were a great help and a huge relief. We will definitely be back.

More social distancing and closer mirrors since my eyesight is bad and I cant see the mirrors on the walls above/next to the display glasses

If I could give no stars I would. The doctor was great but the sales team was horrible. Jeana d’arce needs to be retrained in product knowledge and overall customer service. I have never been treated so badly and refused service before when trying to make a purchase. I have a small bridge to my nose and find alternative fit frame fit better. I went to this location because according to the lens crafters web site they sell women’s alternative fit glass for people with a smaller bridge to their nose. When I asked jeana to try alternative fit glasses she had no clue what they were. I had to show her on my phone that lens crafters even carries them and that they are a thing. At this point she became extremely rude and made it very clear that I was unwelcome to shop there. She then told me that the only pair of alternative fit glass were a pair of Oakley. When I asked to see them she then said they were only in men’s. When I inquired about ordering online and then having them fitted there and was told that they will not help me. According to the web sites find in store feature on my iPad all 16 pairs for women are carried by this store. I asked for my prescription so I may purchase glasses else where and was not given it and told that I must have a follow up visit at that location to get the contact prescription after paying the $40 co pay. If I would like to use a different location I must repay.

I went here to get lenses replaced and adjustments made to my frames to fit my face better. The technician ended up breaking the earpiece off my frames. They offered me any other pair in the store to replace it - but that was the point - I didnt want new glasses. Had to track down the old (and by then discontinued) frames from another location so they could replace the earpiece. Had to wear loaner glasses for a week. The whole experience was ridiculous.

This place is terrible, I would give them no stars if I could. Ronda sized my glasses then ruined the lense when she heated them, then disappears off the floor as if she knew what had happened. Make sure you check your glasses before you leave! They will give you an attitude once you show them the error. This has happened to me TWICE with her now (once last year, thought it was just a mistake.. this only has happened when she sized them) where I need to wait for new lenses to come, thank god they did not charge me for her problem she caused. You have been warned!!!!!!
