I am currently doing Kitchen Reno and so far have been completely disappointed and dissatisfied they didnt calculate measurements therefore they put a seam in one piece of countertop without permission. THE OWNER has not called me back and wants us to.purchase another piece that he made a mistake on not buying enough product the first time. I am disgusted at the lack of Communication and lack of professionalism I would not use this company

Had Bruce and his crew finish our counter tops 3 years ago and I couldnt be happier with them. They took the time to explain the process and answer any questions we had, Bruce showed up when he said he would and was the consummate professional. They even consulted us with how we wanted each stone to be cut as far as layout.

Gave Distinctive a sizable deposit 2 weeks ago which they immediately cashed. I was told to expect my countertops to be ready this week. Theyve stopped answering their phones or returning messages since last week (6 messages in). Found out from stone yard that they never called for delivery of my stone and slabs are still sitting at stone yard. Choices are fraudulent company, bankruptcy or incredibly poor customer service. Stay away!!
