I called and made an appointment for the same day. Dennis called me and showed up as expected (very prompt). He provided a fair estimate and immediately got to work to repair the springs and cables. Then he adjusted the door and lubricated everything.I am very pleased and would highly recommend doing business with Above & Beyond.

We had a problem with our garage door, opening and closing it due to the cold weather. Dennis came within hours to fix it. It was a simple fix and because it was so simple, he didnt even charge us! We have worked with Dennis in the past on interior doors, different garage doors and garage door openers. We would highly, highly recommend this company to anyone! He will not disappoint!

Great Local Company! I called because I had a spring break. They walked me through how to replace the spring and gave me some helpful tips. I very much appreciated Denniss guidance, and the fact he wasnt trying to push his their services on me. He was supportive and gave great advice, I 100% recommend Above & Beyond Garage Doors! If anything goes wrong with my installation Ill be calling them for the fix!

I called on a Saturday morning and spoke with Dennis. He told me he would get to me between 12 & 4, he gave me his cell number and asked that I text him my address which I did. At 3:40 I texted him and then called to make sure I was still on for repair as it was approaching 4 and I hadnt heard from him. He said he was finishing a job, had one more in St. James then would come to me. He never showed up, nor texted or called me. At 7:20 I called and he didnt bother to answer so I left a voice message then followed up with a text message that he never had the courtesy to respond to. What a lousy way to conduct business. DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY.

Above & Beyond Garage Doors work fast, and they are efficient problem solvers. Bob arrived early after messaging me ahead of time with his ETA, and he was quick to evaluate my service needs and get me in touch with Dennis, the owner to discuss price. A drafty, improper prior installation was diagnosed & repaired with ease, and for a reasonable price. Thank you for fixing my door on the spot & not necessitating a second appointment.I definitely recommend this company.

I would highly recommend Dennis from Above and Beyond Garage Doors. We needed rubber replaced on bottom of door and he came promptly. When he checked out our 25 year old installation he made us aware of cable problems and possible unsafe condition. He repaired our door and we were very satisfied.
