Could not have asked for a better service, was here quickly within 2 hrs. Affordable and very informative.

Price was average for 200 gallons. Explained that I ran out of oil, and from prior experience, knew that something had to be done to the burner. Had someone at the house to be there for the delivery guy to get down there. Delivery was made, and he said he didnt need to do anything to the burner. Later, hot water and heat did not come on. Had to call back, and explain, and was charged an additional $60 for a driver to come back and do what shouldve been done at the time of delivery.

They never answerr their phone and could not leave a message all day before a storm.

Very helpful in phone, came when they said they would.

I called 4 different oil companies on Sunday in a panic because I ran out of oil and I was worried my tropical birds could die. No one could deliver except domino’s emergency service and I couldn’t be more grateful. The driver was able to start my burner as well. Thank you for the outstanding service.

Fantastic. Have had same day delivery during summer and winter. Best service I have found. To the unhappy customer below. It is YOUR fault you ran out if oil and failed to pay attention. Stop throwing stones for your own failure. This company is the best when it comes to same day delivery. Others make you sign up for expensive contracts and still don’t deliver same day. These guys show up fast just hours after you call them.

If I could have left zero stars, I would have. The service is absolutely disgusting. I was in dire need of the oil as I came across an emergency. After numerous attempts and calling several companies, I called this number and asked if they did deliveries. The man who picked up the phone stated yes and asked where I lived. When I told him, he abruptly told me they didn’t do deliveries and hung up in my face. When I called back he refused to pick up. I have to say this behavior is absolutely disgusting and repulsive. If you want to provide good customer service, next time don’t hang up in someones face when you’re an “emergency oil company” and you might want to pick up the phone as this was a dire emergency that you could have prevented. Glad I didn’t spend my money with this stupid company.

I ordered oil for my rental house in Holbrook late in the evening because my tenants ran out and had no hot water, and the truck was there in 2 hours. We were very happy with the fast and efficient service. We definitely recommend this service if you have an emergency. They were also able to restart my heating system.

Called with a burner emergency. Have no heat in the house and a toddler and the person I spoke to could have cared less and told me he could “probably get to me at noon tomorrow”. I thought this was 24/7 emergency help. I understand it’s a holiday but then don’t advertise as a 24/7 contact.

I called in because my burner stopped working on one of the coldest nights of the season. They are excellent at what they do. The technician showed up quickly and diagnosed the problem. My burner was fixed that same night and we were very happy with the service.

Happy with the service they provided when none else could do my delivery during the recent storm. They were the only company that answered my call and actually came and delivered. I recommend them if you need an emergency oil delivery.

They supplied the oil I needed in a reasonable amount of time. Prices were fair. The oil was poured by a professional that knew what they were doing. Highly recommend them because they will NOT leave the oil unattended.

Very disappointed, new they had a lot of orders to fill, did not communicate well with customers. Finely got my oil 8pm had to bleed my own line. Also very over priced. Lesson learned never use again. A simple phone call would wonders. Thats your job to help out people 24/7. Your ad says you do.

I ran out of oil and i called several oil companies i finally found this emergency service and i am so glad i did, they were able to come out and fill my tank that same evening even though it was snowing and no other company was open. Helped me out greatly when i needed it, thank you.
