This company has it well put together. I was able to see all my files be shredded in front of me. The cost was only $5,00 a box. I also picked up a bin to put my files and mail into it. I placed the bin in my garage and when it gets filled the shredding company will pick it up and drop off a empty one. How cool is that. Dr E Cohen.

So very friendly, and so very efficient. I used the drop off service and it was a much better deal than any other place. Every other place I tried to use gave me a hard time or a run around or a ridiculous price, these guys were very straightforward. They shredded it right in front of me which was also very reassuring.

I am very disappointed with their lack of communication. I have been working with RIP it SHRED it for about a year now, with not much issue other than the occasional no show to pick up my shred bin. However, today they collected my bin just to tell me that they are no longer servicing Nassau county, and left me high and dry with no bin causing me break contracts by leaving out sensitive material. Thank goodness, I was able to get another vendor in immediately. When asked, why this was not told to me last month so I had time hire an alternate company, they simply responded with you did not receive a letter? No - I did not, and a PROFESSIONAL business would do a better job of notifying their current clients that they are cutting them off do to an area change, or at least accommodate for an additional few weeks, instead of leaving empty handed with absolutely no notice. VERY DISAPPOINTED, if you need steady reliability... I would probably go with an alternate shred company. Just my opinion =D
