Not too crowded, everyone had on mask, felt safe. It was nice getting out!
Lots of different shops, and lots of parking. The roads are a little rough in some spots, though. Overall looks good inside, and is pretty clean overall.
Great place to get whatever you want or need. This Mall is the only place in the area to have all the large Brand name retail outlets.
Nothing much left there as I remember, but many new stores and found what I was looking for. I got $79.00 sneakers at famous footwear for $49.00 with A $10.00 coupon towards next purchase. Very satisfied.
While I visited today both escalators were out of service, but there was not signage warning of the outage posted away from the escalators themselves. I had to walk, with a mobility impairment, a fair distance back to the elevator, which I have also found out of service during past visits. Not very accessible; and missing a bookstore. :(
Great mall with many anchor stores!Good lighting, clean and organized.Put on your walking shoes and enjoy the variety of department, chain and specialty shops along with a food court and great restaurant dining.
I can honestly say that if the store your visiting at the mall has a website or clothing app, your better off shopping that way because there is more variety and a lot more sale prices. At the actual store everything seems more expensive and less to pick from. But over all a very nice and clean mall with a decent food court.

Place is super huge. Probably the second biggest mall Ive been to in my life personally. Many stores to check out, even has a huge bowling and arcade area called Round 1, enjoyed that immensely. My partner and I were literally there from 3pm till the closing of the mall itself exploring all stores on all floors. Had a great time.
Pretty much has everything under one roof. Clean and easy to get around. Ample parking almost anywhere you would want to enter. Also has garage parking for when it rains. Good selection of restaunts as well as a good food court. Small local shops as well as big name retailers.
Pretty good mall, the variety is very impressive, can say the same for the food court.A true breath of fresh air in the era of the dwindling mall scene. That being said, Amazon will unfortunately drive the last nail on its coffin in due time...

Decent selection of stores. The employees are generally helpful, although your co-shoppers can be quite on the ghetto side.

Very happy to see the benches and seating back. As a person with mobility issues, those being removed keeper me away for a while. It would be nice if there were a bench or two closer to the center elevator. It is such a long wait for that thing.
Made it about a minute before I signed the waiver and tried their hottest hot sauce. Definitely started sweating, head went hot, needed some water to keep myself level. Was a good experience, dont try it unless youre used to doing stupid things like making yourself cry on purpose.Other than that disclaimer, theyve got a huge selection, probably more than you can imagine. Im definitely going back, just gonna make sure I buy something before I sign up for the hottest sauce in New England.
We went to Altitude Trampoline Park and it was AWESOME!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE WANTING TO BLOW OFF STEAM OR LET LOOSE. FUN FOR ALL AGES SMALL TO TALL, YOUNG OR OLDER. Great Place!!
Ive been a resident of the greater Springfield area for my entire life so far, so Ive spent COUNTLESS hours at this mall. Based on other malls Ive seen around New England/the eastern seaboard, Id have to say that it still is one of the best. Theres really not many two or three story malls around as far as Ive seen and this place has always been great with adapting to change with the times, attracting visitors, having a solid food court, and generally being clean and well kept inside. I always love being there even now as a 30 year old hahaha. However my recent visit was only to target, another great boon for the mall, and I cant say for sure what the state is like in the rest of the mall amidst the pandemic. I was there from around 7-8 pm and I noticed the usual front entrance that connects it to the mall was closed and most of the lights inside the rest of the mall were off. I just checked their website and it did say that they have now resumed their normal operating hours. Now as for each individual stores hours, it could depend so check beforehand!
Holyoke mall has to be one of my top favorite malls to shop at they pretty much have everything you could want in a mall, great food,some great entertainment like the arcades at round one and the trampoline park at altitude. Lastly the selection of stores are also great, you have stores like target, best buy, hot topic, box lunch, game stop and many others to spend to your hearts content.
One register/ line open for the entire store. Average wait time the last 4 times has been 15 plus minutes wait for a simple purchase. Will be ordering the thousands of dollars per year of electronics I usually purchase yearly exclusively from Amazon now. Sorry your employees are too afraid to man the cash register.
Love this mall! Its huge with three levels! Every store you can think of. Great food court and the building is well taken care of and clean.....except Burlington. If you come here stay away from that store unless you want trashy clothes off the floor, rude employees and clientele who treat you like garage. Multiple times I thought people were going to fight.
Upset, everything is so crazy overpriced no wonder they have just about nobody there like they used too. Round 1 is a rip off and they will take $24 like it’s nothing. After the pretzel pigs in a blanket, and round 1 I don’t think I’ll be coming back for YEARS! The best place in this entire store is Hobby Lobby, that’s the only reason why I’d give 2 stars.
The mall itself is fine. One thing that gets me is how frequently the escalators are broken. I was there today and at least 3 of the 4 up escalators in the main mall were broken. Kind of ridiculous.
Huge mall with a variety of good shops and things to do. Spent a few hours here and feels like I barely touched it so will have to come back soon.
Holyoke Mall is clean large and a great place to walk through even if you dont want to buy anything.
Good place for One-Stop shopping and for people watching just wish the signs to the stores were a little more clear

Tons to do, tons to eat, tons of places to shop for almost anything under the sun. Probably one of the best malls in the area, if not the best. It can get busy but it is definitely a ace you can find everything you need if you look hard enough!

Full shopping experience at an indoor mall. Few game centers for the kids plus a trampoline center. Looked like fun!
The drive there isnt great at all but the mall wasnt so bad, but I just dont understand why it was so hot Last time I knew malls are kept pretty cold it like any store nice usually right?, It felt like I was in a sweat shop it was ridiculously hot we ended up leaving sooner than we wanted to because of it.
The best mall. I would like to see a good quality clothing store for woman of 30+ who still like to dress and feel sexy, classy and casual. We would like to dress sexy without looking like a 20 year old.

Are at 99 Restaurant. Did not use any other Mall activities. 99 Food very good. Service by young girl was excellent and enjoyable.

A really lively mall with a good variety of shops. This is a great place if youre looking for a gift for someone. Most places arent expensive and the quality of the products is consistently good throughout. Most people these days shop online, but theres a lot of things here that are more convenient buying in person and services like salons and mobile carriers. They also have a busy, quality arcade in Round 1, which is a rarity. Worth a visit if youre in the spending mood.

Whole mall is open. Masks are optional and most people were wearing them including us. We went to Sleep Number and 110 Grill as well as Target. Best mall in western MA. Highly recommended.

Good selection of stores layed out well. Very clean and well maintained for the most part. Decent food court and plenty of seating again now that covid is settling. Not a bad place to go shopping. You can always find parking close by as well.
A little disappointed that their website said they close at 9:30 but when you get there and the shops are already closing at 8:30. Werent able to go to half the stores we wanted to.
Overall quality of food is great. Service of delivery drivers is inconsistent. They have an option for the driver to bring the food to your door / say if you can’t home right to the door or if you’re handicap. You don’t come into contact with anyone. I selected that option Then the driver refuses to even come into the building. But four 3 previous deliveries the driver buzzed my doorbell and brought my food up. I live in a city where it’s majority apts. Accommodate your customers who may have handicaps. I was told drivers don’t come into the buildings when I called to make a note of the service. Don’t have this as an option if you’re not going to follow through. Have better services for disabled individuals
Bare stores. Dirty walkways. Very sad on how this used to be the mall to go to in our area now I wouldnt send anyone there
How do you rate a mall over all?The specific store I visited was great. GAP HAD OPEN DRESSING ROOMS! I could finally get new paints!When all the stores closed their dressing rooms I stopped buying cloths.... and all my paints by this point have holes.
What a mall. Man, they have stores, bathrooms, 2 levels, gym, playgrounds and we were deliriously happy although we arrived there at 6:30 pm and everything closed at 7 pm except the restaurant to which we were headed, the 110 Grill. Still we walked around for exercise since we couldn’t patronize any emporia and the walk around on one level was fabulous and mind-blowing.

We found Hot Topic (along with other stores) and it was a blast. Unfortunately, every capable and able bodied person was taking the elevator, ignoring signs about letting strollers and wheelchairs on first and making it down right difficult for those using assistive devices. I actually watched an able bodied person come out of the handicap stall while a woman with crutches stood patiently watching women come and go from the smaller stalls (I was waiting for friends) its appalling how many people use the handicap stall with no regard for the reason its there. The lack of courtesy of the patrons is why they get 2 stars; babies and elderly are apparently a hassle to those that dont care, they were once young and will some day get old-lets hope Karma finds those that deserve it.
The biggest mall within 40 miles of home. It had easy access from I91 N/S and nearly full retail locations, decent restaurants, food court, wheelchair accessible, etc. Clean and well maintained as well.

Interestingly small. The layout is confusing and it feels pretty depressing, old-fashioned, etc. They manage to stick a bunch of everything in this small place. Its not flashy but Im sure its reliable in a pinch.
I had lunch, sitting at a table marked by a small sign that read sanitized. I felt safe, even walking around shopping at Burlington. Didnt feel safe going up however, to many people not caring!

I have seen many shops come and go in this mall. It is gargantuan, bustling, and well maintained. Yet to see a single maskless person in my few recent visits.Will stop by again when things are safer.

Like everywhere else, empty shelves, another escalator out of service which is a regular thing there. It seems these stores are pushing people to buy on line.
It was so good to be out shopping..trying on clothes..seeing people ...shopping I loved it..although my wallet didnt love it as much.
